Millennium Honda

On 03-31-12, I visited the Honda Millineum Dealership in Hempstead on Fulton Street with intensions to purchase. I worked directly with Used Cars Sales person, Kabir, who I'ved worked with on two other Hon Hempstead on Fulton Street with intensions to purchase. I worked directly with Used Cars Sales person, Kabir, who I'ved worked with on two other Honda purchases. I've purchased my first 1997 Honda CRV in 2004 and a 2005 Honda Civic LX in 2008 through Kabir. Although I was pleased with both purchases, I truley wanted the Honda CRV but for various reasons, had to settle for the Civic instead. Kabir recalled this during my visit on 03-31-12. He showed me the Honda 2007 CRV-L and I fell in love with it and shared my deelings with him. He said "... this will be your car..." He and the Financial Advisor worked hard for me and was able to ge an approval for the purchase. Accordingly, I drove home with a beautiful 2007 Honda CRV-L. I commend Kabir for his continued assistance, excellent customer service and his mission to satisify. I went to Millenium Honda to buy a Honda Accord. The salespeople were prompt and answered all my questions. Jose worked with me to negotiate a price I found acceptable. While I did end up with a better model than I had intended buying, I still feel I got a good deal. Further, after completion of the sale Jose followed up with me and asked if I had any other questions regarding operating the car. The business manager worked with me to determine payment options. They were very helpful answering questions concerning extended warranties and filling out the necessary DMV information. The only real complaint I have is the time that it took to get all the paperwork done (though considering that I arrived in the evening and DMV/Insurance companies are less available at those hours, that's not that big a problem). The dealership also took care of all the insurance information - they spoke directly to my insurance company which saved me a lot of time waiting on the phone. More

This is the second vehicle we have leased from Millennium and the people are very friendly and engaging. Mr. Dennison answered all of my questions, took me for a test drive and within an hour I had purchased a new car before even hitting my office for the day! The trade-in on my car was great, they transfered my plates, took care of the insurance and made the entire experience painless and well worth the visit.
