I had a very pleasant experience with Jamal and Marlin at Millennium Honda in Hempstead, NY. Jamal was very easy to work with, very outgoing, and friendly. I responded to get a quote for a Honda Accord on a website. I received several calls from this dealership. When I called Mark Levine, I asked him for a price for the model I was looking for. Most of the time when I call, dealer/service are busy but they get back to me ASAP. Had a passive alarm system installed with my new car, had problems with it (either bad installation or faulty device). they get back to me ASAP. Had a passive alarm system installed with my new car, had problems with it (either bad installation or faulty device). However, they were able to fix my problem, free of charge too. Dealer I worked with was friendly. Good overall experience (borderline great). Price was close what I expected. More
