Leased a CRV in 2007 from John Santorini. My husband has A1 Credit. His score is in the 700's. For some reason they gave us HANN Financial to finance the car. Upon returning my vehicle this March 2011, I received a notice from HANN stating that I owe them $450.00 at the return of the lease if I do not choose to buy the car. It was defintely not mentioned or noted at contract signing. I now financed my bew 2011 pilot through Honda Financial who does not charge a fee upon returning a vehicle not purchased. I defintely feel taken advantaged. For returning my car mid-month, I also looked to get a credit for the remaining two weeks that I paid for on my CRV lease. At contract signing Cary Weinstein who seemed to be Mr. Nice guy at the time was willing to help us to get our credit through Honda Finance. Well, a month later after 5 phone calls to him to follow up on a credit, no return phone call, no care, can't be bothered. A true car salesman. Last time we will go to this dealership! More
Manager and salesman were very rude. Start off friendly and nice in the beginning but once the price talks begin they do a 360. Showroom was not well maintained. Quite a bit of trash on the floor. These people are the worst sales people in car dealership!!! You'll feel and see that you are dealing with blood sucking vampires and crooks. Once you enter that showroom, you are DEAD!!! It was late Sunday afternoon when I received a call from Paul, he assured me that he would be waiting for my wife to come to dealership to close a deal on a 2009 CRV-EX. Upon arrival at the dealership Paul was nowhere to be found. My wife and my son called me to inform me that they had ended the Clunker Program. I requested to speak to the sales manager on the telephone.This young man named Mike gets on the phone in a very condesecending manner begins to mock our tardiness.I expressed my discontent with his behavior and a verbal altercation ensued. My son tells me that he wanted my son to step out into the street so he could engage in a physical fight with him. Then mike tells me on the phone to come down to the dealeship that he and his crew are going to "tune me up",This guy starts sounding like if he is either John Gotti or Tony Suprano. Let me say this, try to meet this little s*it. I've had 3 verbal fights with him so far over his screwing with my deals. I'm calling the BBB once again on this pr*ck and his stupid "managing" at a dealership. Please.....I'm shocked as you are that they are still in business with him as the leader of a pack larger then his own physical appearance. I would of had the cops there for him threatening you. They lied to me saying they had the car available and deliver it next day. Next day no one called me and I had to call many times to get some one on line. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER !!! I dropped off my car STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER !!! I dropped off my car for service on 4/10/09. Came back next day to pick up the car and found out that the service' STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER !!! I dropped off my car for service on 4/10/09. Came back next day to pick up the car and found out that the service's guy didn't lock the doors when he parked my car outside. Someone got in my car that night, went through my stuff, took my GPS + my car's registration, insurance IDs. The theft left the car's doors open and the rain wet the driver's side. I called Don Stone, Service Director, for 3 days straight and finally I got the answer. He said he was not responsible for anything happen. I couldn'd believe their Service Director said that to me without a word of sorry for my lost. They kept the car and key but didn't take any responsible for it ?!?! One more thing, one of the the reason I brought my car back for a service is because they did a NY inspection last year gave me a sticker without a punch to indicate expiration date. So, I had to brought the car back to have this issue corrected. Then I lost more stuff there. More

The work done was shoddy and hurried - - - the problem with the steering is still there, even after $650 worth of work. I now have to take it to a different mechanic to determine if the work was done correctly. Save yourself tons of aggravation and avoid this place. More
