In looking at some of the reviews here before I wrote my own, I saw one that describes my sales person, James Weaver, as the answer to the reviewer's prayers. I wholeheartedly agree. James endeared himself to me right away by speaking to me as if I was a serious buyer - far too many dealerships treat women as though they are cash-poor and therefore invisible. I made James do a lot of work, as I wanted a new 2013 Civic. What I mean is that because the new Civics have just been released and were still largely unavailable, James had to track down the one new Civic on the premises, which was hidden on the side lot because it had not been prepped for sale. Anyway, James understood that I could not be expected to purchase a car without a test drive, so he moved a whole bunch of cars to get to that new Civic. It is a fantastic car, and James made the buying experience very, very pleasant. He is courteous, professional, thoughtful, and goes the extra mile for his customer. If you want to buy a Honda, please go to Millennium and ask for James, and after that, Haresh the business manager will take good care of you, too. More
As our salesman, Sunny was extremely helpful. When we told him which car we were interested in he took us out to the car, explained and demonstrated each facet of the car. When we said we were interested in buying the Honda Accord EXL and had a price in our mind he went directly to his manager, Warrell J. Wilson and together they came up with a price that we were happy with. When we picked up the car once again, Sunny at with us and went through every part of the car. Whatever question we had he had the knowledge to expain and demonstrate it. If we needed he explained it over and over again with total patience. Warrell J. Wilson was also very friendly, personalbe and professional. We would definitely reccommend Millennium Honda to our family and friends. More
I was in the dealership with my 2 year old daughter.I believe the date was either November 28 or 29 about 3 p.m. the salesman was rude and extremely pushy,a nd dishonest about what was in stock.. while n believe the date was either November 28 or 29 about 3 p.m. the salesman was rude and extremely pushy,a nd dishonest about what was in stock.. while negotiating a price he wanted my credit card before we even settled on a price. the manager there at the time,I do not remember his name,was worse than the salesman. I was there for less then a half hour and decided to leave and keep shopping. the manger told me,"Thanks for wasting my time".That is the closest honda to my home,but I would never step foot in there again. I also told them we need a new car because of Hurricane Sandy,our car was ruined as well as half our house. The people at this dealership did not show any empathy and continued to harass and intimidate me into buying their vehicle. More
We had an amazing experience at Millenium Honda. We worked with George Rodriguez and he was the best. He was very helpful and positive. Adeleke, my sales person was super friendly and very helpful. He was very enthusiastic about his job. I had done quite a bit of research on the internet, and had my mind made up before I went to test helpful. He was very enthusiastic about his job. I had done quite a bit of research on the internet, and had my mind made up before I went to test drive. I went to another dealership near me first, but the sales person there was really not that friendly or helpful, he actually made me doubt my decision to get a Honda. So I went on to test-driving two other cars. I really couldn't decide which make of car to get. Then I went to Millenium, Adeleke really did the whole persuading for me. He was wonderful, but I think the price I got was actually a little higher than the other guy has offered. More
Mr Weaver was just the answer to a prayer. I left another dealership in the morning feeling frustrated and apprehensive about making a purchase,having lost my car due to the storm. Mr Weaver was attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to make this a smooth transaction for me. I would recommend him to any of my friends or neighbors looking to make a purchase. He understands that the customer is important in slow times as well as fruitful times, such as the car industry is having now on Long Island. I walked into the showroom about 1:30 and left out at 4:30 in a new vehicle. I was not pressured by Mr Weaver.( I think I did more of the pressuring as I was on a tight schedule.) I had missed breakfast so being able to enjoy the Honda Days celebration was an added bonus. More
I was referred by a friend to see Jamal Dennison at Millennium Honda. I was a first-time car buyer and was told that Jamal would be honest with me during the process and stick with me from start to fin Millennium Honda. I was a first-time car buyer and was told that Jamal would be honest with me during the process and stick with me from start to finish. I made an appointment and went to see Jamal the next day. Although I went on Black Friday and the sales floor was extremely busy, Jamal greeted me and my husband and took great care of us. He explained the purchase process and answered every question we asked. When we decided to go with a 2013 Honda Pilot, Jamal excused himself and came back to let us know that we were approved for our new car! I was delighted to learn that, although it was late in the evening (Jamal stayed late for us), we could pick our car up the next day! Long story short, Jamal was excellent. He told us when to pick up our car and called us to give us an update the next morning. When I walked into the dealership at 3pm, Jamal greeted us and walked us back to his office where he had our insurance company on the line to assist in updating our policy! What a seemless process! I am expecting my new plates in the mail any day now. My husband and I are thoroughly impressed and will be returning to Millennium Honda in the future. In my opinion, based on my experience in dealing with professionals on a daily basis, Jamal and the staff at Millennium Honda are taking business to the next level! Thanks so much, Dr. J. Herold More
