I usually don't bother writing these reviews but the service was so exceptional it just can't be overlooked. From the second I got out of my car in the parking lot I was greeted and treated like royalt service was so exceptional it just can't be overlooked. From the second I got out of my car in the parking lot I was greeted and treated like royalty. Absolutely no pressure; just a beautiful presentation of the vehicle I was interested in. They knew everything there was to know. Really a flawless presentation. This is not my only car but it has certainly been my most pleasurable buying experience. Getting all the paperwork done could not have been any easier and the best was the delivery. Just perfect!!!! I would highly recommend Millennium Honda. I can't imagine a better car buying experience. Thank you Alberto and Cary!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

When there because I saw a car on newsday that I could lease for $99 per month. I spoke to Rafael who explained everything to me and took me out to see the car. There were no surprises. In fact they eve lease for $99 per month. I spoke to Rafael who explained everything to me and took me out to see the car. There were no surprises. In fact they even helped me with the credit approval and I took the car home the same day. I am very pleased with the dealer and would recommend them to all my friends and family. I dont know why there are bad reviews here thats why I decided to write a review. They did the right thing by me. More
My reason for rating this dealership is based on Lori Russo. She made the whole grueling process such a pleasure, I actully looked forward to going to the dealership. I came into Millenium just to browse since I was thinking of trading in my old Maxima. Tray greeted me when I walked in and made me feel instantly taken care of. He was very knowledgable and walked me throu of trading in my old Maxima. Tray greeted me when I walked in and made me feel instantly taken care of. He was very knowledgable and walked me through the cost and benefits for both getting a new car vs getting a used car. Most importantly, he actually listened to what I wanted and what was important to me. He gave me an honest perspective from his own experience owning a Honda for years. I was impressed with the customer service and the ease with which I was able to get all my concerns addressed. The finance manager was able to get my payment to fit my budget despite my credit being just ok. I ended up trading in my old car before I planned to and am ecstatic with my new Accord!! I picked up my car last weekend and cannot be more satisfied. Thanks Millenium! More
It's a decent dealership, however, you have to watch the sales pitches. As in most dealerships they give you the prices and if you go on line you will see a difference. This is for options. Between two deal sales pitches. As in most dealerships they give you the prices and if you go on line you will see a difference. This is for options. Between two dealerships the prices to have options installed was quite dramatic with certain items. For instance to have a back-up sensor installed at Millenium it is $767. To have the back-up sensor installed at South Shore Honda it is $295. That is quite a tremendous price difference both the same, both installed on a new car before you get it. At Millenium they give you finance rates and tell you they will get the lowest quote,,, not so. They swore to me that they gave me the lowest interest rates,,, I checked when I arrived home and at NEFCU the interest rate was lower. At Millenium they told me that the spare was a full size,, not so,, all Honda's give the same spare tire, and it's the same height, however it's thinner,, so it's not a donut but it's not a full size. If you look on line, and do a "build your Honda" you will see that option prices are less expensive. Why is that? Be sure if you leave a down payment on a vehicle that you get a receipt... I didn't realize until I was home that I never received one. Good thing I used a credit card. While Lori and Amed are both very nice, they are still your typical salespeople and regardless of where you go,, you have to be aware and not succumb to the pressure of the sale and continue to look around. Fortunately, I didn't sign anything so I can get my down payment back if I want to,,, problem will be the confrontation and them having to know why I may change my mind. I just require complete honesty,, I hate haggling and I never know when I walk out of a dealership whether I have been "had". They walk you around in circles with numbers and when you try to have them explain it,,, you walk away thinking you received the answer when in fact you still just don't get it. I'd still recommend this dealership, however, I still say be alert! More
I gave this because I visited the service department because my trunk opened on my 07 civic ex and did not close.. Got it taken care of by gregory good great guy nothing went wrong.. Then the lights on because my trunk opened on my 07 civic ex and did not close.. Got it taken care of by gregory good great guy nothing went wrong.. Then the lights on my radio went out.. Randy started to help me with this issue, made 4 visits before they sent my radio to service I was left without radio for 3 weeks then I walked into the dealer and they tell me they have the part (they never called to tell me). That didn't solve the issue have to bring it back in waited for 2 hours for themto tell me they had to order a new face plate.. I saw 8 cars go ahead if mine when I was here before all of them. Now I'm sitting here again checking if the plate came in.. Last time I was here was 19 days ago.. And my part is not in....., sucks More
Will Mendoza contacted me and in writing gave me a quote to return my mint condition leased Honda CRV for the new 2012 model. He called several times and then finally in writing gave me a price for a 36 mon to return my mint condition leased Honda CRV for the new 2012 model. He called several times and then finally in writing gave me a price for a 36 month lease while returning my current CRV. I called and asked several time to make sure he was not "jerking me around" and I explained to him that I would be quite irate if he was wasting my time. When I get to the dealer, they continue to hand me off to several people until finally I take a test ride and they inspect my current CRV. All is good until we sit down and I am quoted an additional $120.00 per month above the written emailed quote. When I ask for Will Mendoza, Matt the manager comes out to try to explain that Will was new to the computer system and was unaware of the great deal I had gotten on my original vehicle 2 years earlier. Will never showed his face again and after I accused them of the oldest Bait and Switch trick Matt had very little to say, except "why didn’t you ask for me". I explained that I did (he was my original salesmen 2 years earlier) but he was never available to get on the phone and Will always intercepted the calls. I will also be reporting this routine to Honda. I will never go back to this dealer and probably never buy another Honda. More
Jamal presents very professional. You can tell like any salesman, he is hungry for the sale. Once the purchase is final, you won't hear from him anymore. I was sold a damaged "certified" used vehicle. W salesman, he is hungry for the sale. Once the purchase is final, you won't hear from him anymore. I was sold a damaged "certified" used vehicle. When I let him know, he basically said that it was my bad. He received communication of dissatisfaction from me and he never bothered to call me to follow up. I had to call him. When I finally made contact, he told me that he would have his boss contact me, to this day, I have not heard from "Matt". I have called the dealer on many of occasion and the rude young lady answers the phone on speaker, eating, and after I tell her who it is and that I am looking to speak w/ Matt, she comes back and says "he said to tell you that he is busy". I am trying my best to remain professional and not bring action against this dealership. I regret any interaction, dealing or purchasing w/ this dealership. More
