A+ on my 1st Dealership Experience - Thank You Chris! I always thought my chances of trading in my existing Honda Accord for a 2014 model were slim to none; after all, the rep was that dealerships were fr I always thought my chances of trading in my existing Honda Accord for a 2014 model were slim to none; after all, the rep was that dealerships were frustrating places to buy cars, hence the reason my first lease was handled by a broker. However, I could not have asked for a more eager, knowledgeable and attentive Consultant than Chris Slama. He guided me though the entire process - provided a test drive, answered all my questions, negotiated aggressively on my behalf, made sure I got all the refreshments I needed - and he connected me with two other great guys in Joe (Insurance) and Jemehl (Finance) whose assistance proved pivotal in helping me secure my brand new 2014 Accord. Beware I felt completely taken advantage of. My salesperson and I agreed on one price for the car then at signing there was either a difference price or ther I felt completely taken advantage of. My salesperson and I agreed on one price for the car then at signing there was either a difference price or there were excessive fees. I also felt pressured to sign at closing before I could look at every detailed charge. They also promised me that the remote key would be ready for me later on in the week and when I came back they gave me another manual spare key. Completely ridiculous. Beware and make sure you actually look at all the fees at closing. Stay away. More

He answered t all the questions that I had in regards to my Bluetooth connectivity, and that happened on a very busy Saturday morning. I really feel valued as a customer. The service was done and with excellence. As as I was waiting, I noticed that he behaves professionally with other customers as well. Someone Like Mark, is definitely is a big plus in this organization. I suggest that the head of the company uses his human approach in dealing with customers to train other employees. Customers might forget about a job done, but they will always remember how they have been treated. More
