Great work by the salesman. He provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly not trying to get you but instead work with th information I needed to make a decision. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly not trying to get you but instead work with the customer to get you what work for you and the dealership (all wins concept). I decided to buy instead of leasing. However, the finance team needs improvement and coaching in order to get customer recommendation (sales team is not the only criteria to gain customers). I worked with two of the finance team. The first one did the paper work and had me comeback on his day off to sign the contract. The second one told me that he needs to almost start all over again. This game made me pay more than what I should have paid according to average buy for new car on the net. First, the salesman and the management agreed to include all the fees in my down payment. However, the finance person charged me almost $500 with fees on the top of what I paid in down payment which again should include all fees. This finance guy pushed a high interest rate of 3.99% with 720 credit score, good monthly work salary and investment and good history of payment (own a house for 13 years). I was tired after working the whole day and stayed at the dealer for 5 hours, all of which waiting for available finance person. I got the worse of the two I dealt with. The whole deal is costing me about $1500 between the extra fees and the extra interest point. I was happy to get a new car but not happy for the extra charge. The good thing is that the Salesman was good to check on me and showed me things about the car while waiting. I will recommend this dealership because of the Salesman and the management but I alert everyone about the finance department. Watch out for the ML finance dept. I suggest bringing someone when buying a car and don't get the plate until the finance person go through all the itemized charges. I would recommend this dealership 100% if I get the lost money the finance person caused from the deal. BA More

After multiple satisfied leases from the old Millenium Honda (old building) I am afraid that futures purchases/leases will be elsewhere. The one thing that kept me going back was the amicable attitude of Honda (old building) I am afraid that futures purchases/leases will be elsewhere. The one thing that kept me going back was the amicable attitude of the entire sales team. Just about everything has changed with the building. The sales people are pushy and only care about raising the prices. That could be because of the management which seems to only care about their numbers while discounting customer loyalty to the point of losing them. Ohhhhh.... Financing. Just when you thought you were done with the entire "negotiation" process, here comes round 2, 3 and 4. I left happier than when I walked in WITHOUT a car. NEXT!!! More

First time at Millineum and was very disappointed with the outcome. I went for a test drive in a 2011 Honda Pilot. Afterwards, decided I liked the vehicle and was willing to purchase. The salesman was very professional, (young, gentleman), who went back and forth talking to his manager. He returned with figures I was willing to negotiate with. I already had pre approval from my credit union and just wanted the bill of sales written up to return with the check. This manager, comes out and is requesting a $2000 deposit from my card. I explained to him that I didn't want to leave a deposit because I was just going to return the next day with the bank check...he rudely insisted, and I politely left! I could not understand the urgency for the deposit prior to him writing the bill of sales. I've read plenty reviews of these dealerships requesting deposits then changing up figures once everything is finalized, and taking months to return the buyers money. Well, he blew this deal! More
