I was greeted immediately, the person understood exactly what needed to be done, and he engaged me in some friendly conversation as well. He introduced me to Harris to write up a work order. Within a second Harris discussed my problem ( tire pressure light had to be reset after an unfortunate flat) and also noted that there was a safety recall that should be taken care of... I was hesitant because of the time needed...but decided to go ahead with it. Harris somehow expediated everything... I read some pages in a book I had brought along... had some hot chocolate...and before i could look at my watch the car was ready... It was a truly great experience... I want the especially note that Harris was excellent in caring for my car when we went outside to retrieve it.... he is a great asset to your company... thanks for the opportunity to praise some really great service and people Mark Weinstein More

Great Deal, Long Wait Went in on Saturday afternoon and spoke to Barry about the Accord. Got the price I wanted and then set it up for me to pick up Sunday, whole process t Went in on Saturday afternoon and spoke to Barry about the Accord. Got the price I wanted and then set it up for me to pick up Sunday, whole process took about 2 hours, not bad. When I went to pick up the car on Sunday, the car was out front (because they were expecting me) but once I got in it was a long wait. None of the paperwork was ready even though I had already signed the initial deal, paid first months payment and got insurance. I waited a total of 3 hours to spend 10 minutes signing paperwork and 15 minutes checking out the features of my car, absolutely ridiculous since I told then what time I was coming. The excuse was a new computer system was put into place which is fine but why wasn't it addressed on Saturday and why wasn't paperwork ready when I got in? Barry and the rest of the people I encountered were all very nice. I love my new accord but the wait was frustrating and unprofessional. More

He was knowledgeable, polite and answered my questions. He estimated the time necessary to complete the repairs. I decided to wait for the car to be finished. After awhile, Mark came over and explained a few other things to me and updated me on when the car would be ready. I found him to be very professional. I would certainly recommend your service department to my friends and family. More
Great Deal-Great Workers-Great Experience I recently leased my first Honda vehicle last weekend, 5/17/14, from Millennium Honda in Garden City. My experience was EXCELLENT!! All the employees I recently leased my first Honda vehicle last weekend, 5/17/14, from Millennium Honda in Garden City. My experience was EXCELLENT!! All the employees on site were friendly and wanted to work with you on getting exactly what you wanted. Previously I was a Hyundai owner with my lease expiring in July I went to Hyundai in Hicksville, NY to see about getting in a Tuscon. That was a HUGE mistake. After meeting with a sales representative and manager the dealership offered me a Tuscon at $5000 and $500 a month. Then the offer changed to $2500 down and $369. I was SHOCKED! The two prices offered were on base models too. After feeling discouraged I decided to try out Millennium Honda in Garden City. I am so glad I did. Moveita Sweeney was an INCREDIBLE sales person and employee. When my lease is up in 3 yrs on my CRV I will be requesting her for help on my next lease. The finance process was also great thanks to Henry. My 2014 CRV is great. I love the car and cannot imagine myself in anything else. I am officially out of the Hyundai family and glad to say I am a Honda owner. I plan on recommending the Millennium Honda dealship to anyone who will listen! From the moment we began our conversation, Mark was helpful, obviously knowledgable, and a true professional. The fact that he was so friendly and knowledgable helped make me feel comfortable about dealing with my situation. He was able to take and understand my frustration with my situation and make me feel that everything would work out properly and be taken care of in the right way. My car "issue" had to do with the air conditioning and of course this had to happen on late Friday afternoon of Memorial Day Weekend. Mark was able to "come through" for me at a time when most people would have made me wait until Tuesday to deal with the problem. I cannot thank him enough for his courteous, professional, and overall outstanding service. He truly exemplifies professional customer service. Thank you Mark!! More
