Manipulative sales Initial dealer,jose, was very nice and helpful. When closing the deal you are sent to a manager for sale. Mohamed was pleasant but incredibly deceptive in his approach. I know this is part of their job but he refused to provide actual prices for warranties etc, rushed the signing process by folding forms making things difficult to read, and rearranged costs in final sale essentially conning an extra $1600. I value honesty and transparency and whether he acted alone or if this is a company sales tactic, I will not use Millenium again and recommend others to avoid them. This was a terrible car buying experience. The agreed price was $19,700 which was competitive, with roughly $1,000 in fees, after rushed through signing and sitting for 4 hrs, I see on the sale form that some amendments requested were reduced in price, the sale price (after fees that were not disclosed) was $22,351. I'm very disappointed, I would have rather been told the truth and paid more. More

I've never been to a Honda dealer as I drive an older Saturn. The car said it needed service so I brought the Honda Civic in. I was greeted by an upbeat and friendly employee named Salvador Hernandez. He was very patient, explain how the service process works, and answered all of my questions. He also suggested that we consider the 15,000 mile service and carefully explained how Honda recommended services work and what they include. He also helped me remember about a coupon which I truly appreciated. Sal even found me in the waiting room and walked me to the cashier window then asked if I had any other questions. He was so kind, thoughtful and friendly and deserves a pat on the back for his great customer service skills. Because of him I plan to bring our Honda back to this particular location for any service we need. More

Dashboard Light Fix I was about to get on the highway for a long drive, but noticed that my Check Tire Pressure light was on.
