My experience purchasing a vehicle My experience was generally good. Victoria from the service department was excellent. She heard my needs and did an excellent job meeting my needs. Mo My experience was generally good. Victoria from the service department was excellent. She heard my needs and did an excellent job meeting my needs. Moreover, I did not have a great experience with the sales department. The actual sale was good, Barry was very nice and tended to my concerns. I was told to return the vehicle to add the LoJack system and to repair the tints that was torn while the sale tag was being removed from the window. Trying to schedule an appointment took over a month. No one was returning my calls, I was treated rudely and dismissed when I expressed my needs. It took over a month for my to finally get heard. That is when I was connected to Victoria who was a God sent. She addressed my issues promptly and was very courteous. I wish my entire experience was handled by her. You certainly need more employees like her. More
