He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered our questions as we looked at a number of vehicles. He has a very low key approach to selling cars and I never once felt any pressure. He brought "Oscar" in to help when we asked certain questions that were outside the range of his responsibility. We texted and emailed over the past two days and I can honestly say that his approach to doing business was what closed the deal! More
