I have never received such exceptional customer service as i did, on both occassions, with her. Not only was she diligent and professional in handling my requests, but her effervescent demeanor made my experience a pleasure. I normally encounter extensive waits when i drop my car off for service issues, on my last 2 visits i was in and out within an hour or so. Maybe it was a coincidence, or maybe it was Sue 😉. She is a superb addition to the team. More
