Not active salesman & much higher than MSRP offer! I had bad experience with them yesterday. Asking lot of personal information but all I need is the price & stock available? Eventually after 45-60 mins The price they offered on Pilot Ex 4WD is $3-4000.00 higher then MSRP! When I told them their price is $5000 higher than other dealer they simply say they can't do it & ask why I come to them! My answer is they are nearer & how do I know they are that expensive! Now I don't mind to travel another 26 miles to save $5000.00! More

He found the pilot we wanted, was a tremendous help with all the paperwork and delivered the truck all within a week. We never felt like we just just another customer. Outstanding and passionate customer service I own an 08 Honda Accord and been driving it for about 2.5 years with really no service to the vehicle other than oil changes. However, I decided to v I own an 08 Honda Accord and been driving it for about 2.5 years with really no service to the vehicle other than oil changes. However, I decided to visit this dealership to have everything tuned-up and updated. A young lady, Sueheddy Pilier - one of the service advisors available took me right away, answered all my questions and concerns regarding my vehicle's needs. I used to working with customers in field of work, and she surpasses everything expected of a rep. How many service reps you know that'll answer questions and but give you the run around for basic nonsense? Well this wasn't Sueheddy; she took her time to know my needs and basic conversation to make me feel comfortable as a customer. Very enjoyable. The other employees around the dealership were pretty awesome, but Mrs. Pilier takes the credit in my experince. If there's an opening for next level position as management, Sueheddy is definitely a candidate, indeed. Keep up to good work, missy. :-) More
