Lisa... lets recap our relationship... You came here because you thought that your fit was only getting 14 miles to the gallon. When you could not get satisfaction from Honda Customer Service I stepped in and tested the car with the Honda engineer. I spent hours getting to the bottom of it. We did everything we could and found out that you were getting the right gas mileage. you could not be more please with the way we handled your situation. You still were not happy so you traded the car in. Just recently, you were having problems in service because of the noise in the window and you said that we scratched your window and that Paul or Craig Meekins did not get back to you. I happened to be in the showroom when I heard that you were unhappy. I immediately jumped in and asked you to come up to my office. You started to complaint about everyone in my store. You even complaint about Trina, our receptionist. You thought that she was doing something wrong because she took a phone call and you did not like that she put the customer on hold and told the customer that I was in a meeting. I explained to you that Trina can see when I am on the phone and Trina and I communicate about my availability. Your second complaint was about the fact that you did not get a quote from Meekins. the second day when you called me to tell me that you just wanted a "quote" on your trade and that Meekins called you and told you that it was $8000.00. you kept telling me that he did not give you a quote.. Lisa, since you stated that you did not want to buy a car the $8000.00 for your trade IS a quote. You are a young person, you will buy many many cars in your life and the only way you will find out if I care is when you experience the rest of the General Managers out there. When you wrote your review, if you wanted to be completely honest maybe you should have written and I quote """ The General Manager Ravel Mejia came over and said, "Lisa I apologize for the your experience. Paul is not here but I will get to the bottom of it. In the meantime, I will do everything possible to make sure that I don't lose you as a customer. I don't care what I have to do but I wont lose you as a customer. I will fix your window (even without finding out if it really happened here or not), I said, I will give you service credit so that you don't have to spend money here for your next visits. If you don't want to go to the service department you can bring me your car here to the showroom and I will give you a loaner car. If don't want to come here I will have someone pick the car up at your house. But I wont lose you as a customer""". I was going to send the tinter to your house to fix the tint but when I realized that you did the tint somewhere else I suggested that they do the work and I would pay for it. (so that the color match) Correct me if I am wrong but this is the way that it happened and those are the words that I used. And I meant every single one of those words.. When you write a review stating that I don't care, everyone reading it including you will know that you are not being forthcoming. I can only wish that when YOU are reviewed the person reviewing YOU is honest and forthcoming. NOT MALICIOUS
