Outstanding and passionate customer service I own an 08 Honda Accord and been driving it for about 2.5 years with really no service to the vehicle other than oil changes. However, I decided to visit this dealership to have everything tuned-up and updated. A young lady, Sueheddy Pilier - one of the service advisors available took me right away, answered all my questions and concerns regarding my vehicle's needs. I used to working with customers in field of work, and she surpasses everything expected of a rep. How many service reps you know that'll answer questions and but give you the run around for basic nonsense? Well this wasn't Sueheddy; she took her time to know my needs and basic conversation to make me feel comfortable as a customer. Very enjoyable. The other employees around the dealership were pretty awesome, but Mrs. Pilier takes the credit in my experince. If there's an opening for next level position as management, Sueheddy is definitely a candidate, indeed. Keep up to good work, missy. :-) More
