Get everything in writing I thought I was getting a great deal when I left this dealership last weekend. Everything was settled and I was told I would have my car the following Friday. I had to call multiple times and each person blamed someone else for delays. I was promised callbacks and each time they were late, if they came at all. The courteous sales manager i initially encountered when he was pushing the sale was gone once my money was in his hands. He is rude and does not stand by his word. If you are looking for a shady salesman that will promise you everything and deliver nothing, go see Vinny at Millenium Honda. I am only changing this rating because of how Haresh from Finance cleaned up the mess the Sales dept made. He went out of his way to think of a way to get me my vehicle before a full two weeks would have passed. He has even followed up after the car was delivered to make sure I was satisfied and everything went OK. If everyone I had encountered had been as helpful and professional as Haresh, this dealership would have gotten stars. More

Love Ted Hanlon and Millenium!!! I first went to Babylon Honda and after waiting about 10 minutes and having 6employees walk by me without saying hi, I left and went to Millennium Hon I first went to Babylon Honda and after waiting about 10 minutes and having 6employees walk by me without saying hi, I left and went to Millennium Honda. I was greeted by a sales associate Ted Hanlon. This was by far the best sales experience I have ever had. Ted was so honest, had everything ready, the car is exactly what I wanted. Ted even gave me a frisbee, bottles of water, and other goodies which I never expected. I will never buy another vehicle from any other dealer. Thank you, Ted.
