Someone I dropped off my car for service on 4/10/09. Came back next day to pick up the car and found out that the service's guy didn't lock the car. Someone got in my car, went through my stuff, took my GPS + my car's registration, insurance IDs. The theft left the car's door open and the rain wet the driver's side. I called Don Stone, Service Director, for 3 days straight and finally I got the answer. He said he is not responsible for anything happen. I couldn'd believe their Service Director said that to me without a word of sorry for my lost. They kept the car and the key but not take any responsible for it ?!?! One more thing, one of the the reason I brought my car back to this dealer because I got a NY inspection there last year but there was no punch on the sticker to indicate expiration date. So, I have to brought the car back to have this issue corrected. Then I lost more stuff there. More
I purchased an 09 civic there. With my hectic schedule it was difficult to even take the time to purchase it. Long story short, After everything, and driving away a beautiful car paying a ton of money a mont was difficult to even take the time to purchase it. Long story short, After everything, and driving away a beautiful car paying a ton of money a month for, I receive emails and calls from the finance manager Kurt who did my paperwork telling me the contract needs to be re-signed. This went on for almost a week and a half from me telling him 100 times I am at school or work I will make time on the wknd. He called almost 3 times every other day and 2 emails. He even talked to me like he was someone in my life important. Freaked me out! Few days pass and i receive an email from him telling me everything is fine, enjoy the car....hmmm suspicion. I immediately knew something was wrong and contacted Honda Financial. They faxed me over my "contract". And there it was both my signature and my co-signers signature forged on an entirely NEW contract with an amount higher then what i agreed on!!!!!!! I called them fuming and the co-signer and I went down there. The finance manager Kurt seemed to have left for the day, being the criminal that he is, doesn't want to face me or the co-signer. We had to re-sign the original contract and if I did not catch this i would of been paying them more money a month. I really hope that no one goes to them!!!! This dealership are crooks!!!!! More

I went to on 01/25/09 to get my car repaired. I was greeted by a disgruntled gentleman by the name of Eric Ellis. I informed Mr. Ellis I wanted to have an oil change and my brakes repaired. Mr.Ellis ca greeted by a disgruntled gentleman by the name of Eric Ellis. I informed Mr. Ellis I wanted to have an oil change and my brakes repaired. Mr.Ellis called around 9:45am advising me that my car was finished. Mr. Ellis stated that i need to change my oil pan and I needed a timing belt. I proceeded and asked Mr. Ellis what was an oil pan and he stated "Exactly what I just told you". I think that was rude and disrespectful. Mr.Ellis then hung up on me. I have been dealing with Honda for the last 8 yrs. Why should I recommend this dealership to anyone. More
They are the rudest & most inefficient dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After months of arguments over petty problems I terminated my lease 9 months early & purchased a MiniCooperS ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After months of arguments over petty problems I terminated my lease 9 months early & purchased a MiniCooperS b/c I did not want to continue funding this company with my hard earned money. I was a 10 year Honda customer & in am atter of 2 year was completely soured by there treatment of thier customers. I even heard one of there service managers tell another customer she was having brake issue b/c she drove her car into a swamp??? (on Long island - not likely!!). Run for your life!!!! You'd have better luck speaking with an elephant than dealing with these clowns! More
First had a great salesperson Rene De La Rosa - very knowledgable of his product 2009 Pilot. Said he would get back to us - we waited 3 weeks. NOTHING - Went back to dealership was told he left - Got a knowledgable of his product 2009 Pilot. Said he would get back to us - we waited 3 weeks. NOTHING - Went back to dealership was told he left - Got another salesperson Will Mendoza not as knowledgeable but nice enough. Sat down to negotiate price - Told him our number - he said he would call back later that night or next day (Friday July 25, 2009 or Saturday 7/26/09. Did neither. Overall not a good experience - no follow throughs - not keeping their word - That is not the way to do business More
Make you feel like your going to have a bad experience the minute you walk in. Had a transmission replaced in my 2002 Odyssey in March and have not felt the same about this dealership and Honda. My first time at Millenium Honda in Hempstead. I took my car here for new rear brakes 2 weeks ago. It took a reasonable 2 hours from the time I brought the car in to the time I drove away after service; con car here for new rear brakes 2 weeks ago. It took a reasonable 2 hours from the time I brought the car in to the time I drove away after service; considering it was a Saturday morning. The employees were friendly and the price for rear brakes were on par with other dealers/repair shops. Will I take my 2006 Accord back at Millenium Honda for additional service? Most likely. Overall experience was satisfactory. More

THey are the rudest most incompetent people in the entire industry. After agreeing to a price on a car for my employee, I came in to sign paperwork so the process could be as quick as possible. The following industry. After agreeing to a price on a car for my employee, I came in to sign paperwork so the process could be as quick as possible. The following day I went in with my employee to pick up the car and sign the last few papers. Not only did they screw up all the paperwork, theey claimed they could not register the car. 3 hours later, I walked out, but not before the "manager' Robert Pucci cursed at me because I told him he was wrong. Guess he didn't like that a person off the street new more about cars than a "professional" Next morning after confirming that I was right with DMV, I went to PS Honda in Manhasset, got the same price and was done in 30 minutes with respect. Finally Steve Sutton, the manager, owner whatever is even worse. Don't ever buy a car for them. They have cheap rates, but Honda dealers are all over. Get their rate and have a real dealership match it. More
