Excellence should be acknowledged I used to live in Nassau and both bought and serviced my various Hondas at the Honda dealership in Hempstead, New York. Although I now live in Queens, I used to live in Nassau and both bought and serviced my various Hondas at the Honda dealership in Hempstead, New York. Although I now live in Queens, New York, I still return to the Honda Dealership in Hempstead for all my needs, because the level of service there is simply outstanding: the staff, the facilities, the expertise are all excellent. I do not even want to know about other dealerships: I am that satisfied with the service I get. In particular, I commend Greg Andrews, who I have known at Honda for many years. Talk about a knowledgeable, efficient, mature, competent, understanding and decent gentleman! And I am not just talking about my direct interaction with him. I have watched as he solved problems for other customers that some of his colleagues had treated with less understanding or patience. Customers kept on asking for him, and he kept on addressing their issues successfully. I am not the easiest of customers either: I insist on very high standards and Greg has never failed to successfully address any issue I have had. He explains the problems and the options available, and empowers you to make a good decision by yourself. I have come to trust him, and I do not trust easily. Awful I live in Florida and I'm trying to buy a car for my son that lives in NYC. He went to dealership, test drove, and appraised his car. We both filled out credit applications online, and now I'm just getting the run around from the dealership. They called me to tell me they received the credit application and would get right back to me. 24hrs later and I still did not receive a call, so I called and asked to speak to a manager and they would not transfer me to a manager and insisted I speak with the sales person Adelike. I spoke to him and he apologized and said he will get on it and call me right back. Another 24hrs have passed and I have not been contacted! I just spoke to a representative with the online chat, explained the situation, and was told a manager would call me shortly. I get a call from Tom a customer service rep and I let him know I have no interest in speaking with him and I need to speak to a manager. He put me on hold to supposedly get a manager on the line. I was on hold a while and he came on two times to tell me he is still working on it, and then tells me that he can not reach Adelike. I told once again that I didn't want to speak to anyone but a manager, and he said he was going to get me a manager so why is he trying to contact adelike? He said to find out where we left off. I explained to him that I already told him where we left off, and told him I only wanted to speak to a manager, so I feel like he is saying I'm a liar if he wants to speak to the salesperson! This dealership is horrendous, and I will just buy a car elsewhere! if it were up to me this dealer would receive 0 stars!!! More

I have always experienced friendly good quality customer service. The service advisors seem very knowledgeable and present themselves in a professional manner. The waiting area could be a little warmer and upgraded with complimentary access to WiFi. I always try to see Greg Andrews when I visit. He is very warm, helpful and it is evident that he wants to be attentive and address your concerns. He is also sensitive to my time to wait for service. He is a very nice person. More
