Issue starting car I came in with intermittent problems starting my car. I requested a rental if needed. The advisor was Paul Mosca and even though they were in the mi I came in with intermittent problems starting my car. I requested a rental if needed. The advisor was Paul Mosca and even though they were in the middle of a major recall with very few rentals available, he was able to secure one for me in case. In addition, he had the senior certified mechanic (John Stallone) look at my car. John found the problem almost immediate (starter was failing) and was able to replace it and have me back out with my car in under 2 hours. They understood my frustration and worked hard to make sure I was satisifed More

Moreover, I did not have a great experience with the sales department. The actual sale was good, Barry was very nice and tended to my concerns. I was told to return the vehicle to add the LoJack system and to repair the tints that was torn while the sale tag was being removed from the window. Trying to schedule an appointment took over a month. No one was returning my calls, I was treated rudely and dismissed when I expressed my needs. It took over a month for my to finally get heard. That is when I was connected to Victoria who was a God sent. She addressed my issues promptly and was very courteous. I wish my entire experience was handled by her. You certainly need more employees like her. More
