Above & Beyond Customer Service My Honda Fit, which is three years old experience a manufacturing defect related to the driver seat. I took the car to Millennium Honda service center My Honda Fit, which is three years old experience a manufacturing defect related to the driver seat. I took the car to Millennium Honda service center for repair but was told that I needed to replace the whole sear assembly. This was unacceptable due to the car age. A manually adjusted driver seat should not break down. In any case. I can say that Mark Skawinski went above & beyond to correct the issue. More
