wow, this was another flawless experience i had with the sales rep Kabir. this is actually my second new car in the last 5 year span that i bought with the representative, and all i can say is he is very cu sales rep Kabir. this is actually my second new car in the last 5 year span that i bought with the representative, and all i can say is he is very customer friendly, answers all inquiries and question i had about the car, and even gave me additional information and tips regarding the Car. me and my girlfriend purchased the 2013 Honda accord EX on march 28, 2013, and like i said before it was a Good Experience with kabir. i will definitely recommend friends, and family to him, because he made the hassle of buying a new car feel like a breeze. Another note he also took me and my girlfriend to the service department and showed us around, for future references to oil change, or any mechanical problem with the car. and did i mention he made me and my girlfriend some tea, and coffee I give the dealership and the sales person ( Kabir) Two Thumbs UP!!!!!!! More

The salesman, Wallace Wats, excellent. He should be rated a 6. Unfortunately, I was exhausted from the process of taking possession of the car all in one day. I had a noon appointment and did not drive away with the car until 7:45. That definitely is a waste of time and energy. I hope the dealership will do something to alleviate wasting an entire Saturday afternoon for this process. If it wasn't for Mr. Wats' attentive manner and knowledge about the car, I don't know if my patience would have prevailed. I love the car and are totally happy with my salesman. More

Experience was very good compared to other dealerships. This is a very busy dealership so when picking up the car the wait time was a little bit longer than expected. The only reason I didn't give a five on the price was b/c although they gave us the car we wanted within our budget, part of lease return agreement was not clearly explained until picking up the car, which also caused monthly payment to change (minimal) Again, overall a very good car buying experience.
