On the afternoon of Wednesday 9/24/2014, I rushed to the Millennium Honda service department to expose my concerns andworries. After checking in my car, I went to see a service adviser. It so happened that MR. Mark Skawinski was my adviser. Mr. Skawinski immediately left his desk to personally go to check my breaks, which he inspected with great care. He then reassured me that the breaks were fine and he kindly offered me a wash for the car. I was so happy and satisfied with the way the gentleman treated me.
