There was no particular pressure, and the sales rep, Mark Pierce, was extremely patient, informative, and courteous dealerships that we've ever seen. So I bought my car over at millennium honda and loved the experience I had. So I went in for my very first oil change and was extremely excited, it being my first car. So I went in at 630 and expected with t experience I had. So I went in for my very first oil change and was extremely excited, it being my first car. So I went in at 630 and expected with the "express" oil change for it to take 1 hour maybe 1 and a half hours at most. Not only was that not true, I dealt with the people at the desk being unattentive to customers, just hanging out because management seemed not to be around. My girlfriend And I were waiting there for 3 hours and got my car back at 10 o clock. I was extremely upset along with many other customers that day, 3 & a half hours for a oil change what really went wrong. I contacted or tried to contact multiple people but it took them a week after for the GM to actually contact me. All I got was an apology and not even a explanation. Needless to say I will never be going to millenium honda for service because I can understand a long wait, but at least inform your customers that there is something going wrong. I personally witnessed the "mechanic" drive the car to the lift at 640. Horrible service and horrible waste of a night, I'll be doing my own oil changes, only reason why I went in for this oil change is because it was for free. More

I drove 1 hour to this dealer, Add says they will get you a car. I waited 6 hours while the tried to get me approved. Finally they said it was approved and I still left with no car. Quoted price and when he call called back on Monday It went up $20.00. Went to a dealer close to my home and they were able to call the loan place he got me approved at for the lower price. Asked them to return my check for the deposit(they didnt cash it) and my paystub and I am still waiting. They are shaddy and I wouldnt trust them. While waiting all day to get approved I heard another person arguing over getting their depost returned. DONT Shop here. Take your business elsewhere they are crooks. Oh almost forgot after I finished with the salesman and he sent me to finance They didnt even have the correct type of car I wanted. More
