I recently purchased a2003 suburu forrestor from this dealership iwas told I could have a better price if I purchased the car that day. When I got my statement they had charged my account and told I WAS MISTAKEN ha ha.This dealership has a habit of slipping these hidden amounts into their business dealings. I called them many many times and did not get a call back from them only after many calls I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. I'VE tried to settle this problem with them but so far to no avail Maybe i'm wrong but reading the other ratings on the net about this dealership I think not .Honda of america should be more careful with the people they have representing them. The bottom line is not selling a car but creating a partner ship with the person you sell the vehicle to.In conclusion BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP read every contract carefully get signatures and names of anyone you deal with and have them initial anything they say. More
Every experience at Millenium Honda is painful. Everything from getting the right amount of keys, carfax report, manuals to the 150 point inspection for Certified pre-owned cars is impossible. Their customer service ends when the ink dries on the sale slip, do not expect them to return your calls. Doing business here will make you wish you had paid higher prices elsewhere. I was promised a rebate for referring a customer and have been trying to get my money for weeks to no avail. The professionalism is non-existent at Millenium Honda. I will not recommend this dealership to any other friends. My friend has had nothing but problems and I am embarrassed for having recommended them. More
New Odyssey purchased in '02..When dealer was FKA Neil Honda..Sales staff was good to their word on delivery of car. I have been to many dealers, from all manufacturers, but this one has got to be the PUSHIEST one on Long Island. I could not believe the pressure we recieved from both the salesperson and the 2 managers to this one has got to be the PUSHIEST one on Long Island. They hardly let us leave to think it over and practically forced us into leaving a deposit. I was very uncomfortable at this dealer. More
