I give my recommendation for this dealer based on my experience with the Assistant Service Manager Greg Andrews. he has always made himself available and returns my calls quickly. Greg informed me, if I could, he would be able to service my car today. When I arrived my car was taken almost immediately and was out in an hour and half. The Millenium Honda dealership in Hempstead gave me my best experience at a car dealership ever. My Sales Associate Alberto Diaz and his Manager Mauricio Mosquero treated me like I was VIP and their on best experience at a car dealership ever. My Sales Associate Alberto Diaz and his Manager Mauricio Mosquero treated me like I was VIP and their only customer. As it turns out I couldnt get the color I wanted for my CRV and had gotten a better offer. I advised Alberto and Mauricio of the offer I received for a better deal at a competitor and they had the color I wanted. Millennium could not match the deal so I left Millennium to go to their competition. My deposit was refunded promptly and there were no hard feelings. Alberto and Mauricio warned me that the competitors deal could not possibly be done and they were right, the deal was bogus and required a significant down payment after they told me there would be no down payment. I went back to Millennium ashamed and embarrased and Alberto and his Manager Mauricio welcomed me back with open arms (and they didn't say I told You So). They went out of their way to get car in the color i wanted, personally went and picked it up and offered to drive it to my home if needed. They also gave give me a good deal and.... I was able to store the car at the dealer for a week during Hurricane Sandy...Albert and Mauricio were totally amazing. Erica who works in Internet sales called me occasionally after I left to go to the competitor just to check in to see if there was anything she could do to win back my business. I was sick when she called. she called the following week to ask if I was feeling better and to ask if there was anything she could do. What dealership do you know that offers this type of customer service?? All this and I had not even signed an agreement. My Business Mgr was Raja, He is very professional, knows his numbers stuff and took his time explaining each form that had to be completed. And trust me I ask a lot of questions. I was not rushed to sign anything and he explained how the deal was structured and didnot try to pressure me into buying additional stuff that I didnot need. Suffice it to say MILLENNIUM HONDA IS AWESOME!!!! Try them out you'll be glad you did. As a returning customer of several years to Millennium Honda, I can honestly say I, for the most part, have always had great experiences there. Most of my dealings have been with the service department, in which Eric Ellis has worked on a number of issues regarding my vehicle. Eric has consistently gone above and beyond his job to satisfy any questions and/or concerns I had with my car. His professionalism, respect and helpfulness, demonstrates how excellent customer service can have a lasting effect on customer relationships. Unfortunately during my last visit, Honda was unable to “properly” diagnose/fix a reoccurring issue that’s been going on with my car. Although this experience wasn’t one of my best at Honda, this mishaps isn’t enough to overlook all other experiences I’ve had with the company, nor does it undermine the exceptional customer service I received from Eric. More

When you give over your car to a mechanic, it is like giving your child to a babysitter. I had my car serviced by Frank Trotta and cannot be more pleased. His work is wonderful, his personality engagin giving your child to a babysitter. I had my car serviced by Frank Trotta and cannot be more pleased. His work is wonderful, his personality engaging, and he puts you at ease from the very start. Knowing exactly what to look for, he took the time to explain what the problem was and repaired it in a timely fashion. I have always been wary of car mechanics but Frank has restored my faith in people. There are actually honest car mechanics. Should you need a repair or service, Frank and his crew are wonderful. Eric Ellis has always been helpful,kind, and respectful. My experience with a service writer named Eric Ellis, surpassed all of my expectations. I recently leased a 2012 honda civic and had an issue with the dashboard, or somthing that seemd electrical,...I d surpassed all of my expectations. I recently leased a 2012 honda civic and had an issue with the dashboard, or somthing that seemd electrical,...I didnt have an appointment, was in the area and decided to stop in. Mr Ellis greeted me and asked what the problem was, i told him and he told me dont worry, we have some of the best technicians here and assured me that the problem would be taken care of,. He offered me refreshments, and walked me into the waiting area. After a short period of time he came back into the waiting area to check on me, and see if there was anything i needed, and said it wouldnt be much longer. I take it they found the problem because he returned one more time and said that my car would be out shortly...To my suprise, the car came out clean, with a free car wash, and the problem with the dashboard had been taken care of,....I thanked him, recieved some paperwork, and was on my way in a timely fashion,....Millennium Honda, and Mr Eric Ellis definitley earned a top rating on this trip to the service dept...Because of the phenominal service i recieved, this is why i have give the top rating that could possibly be given...
