She got it done Recently went in because I needed an oil change and had a warning light on. It turns out the lite was telling me there was a problem with the tire. e Recently went in because I needed an oil change and had a warning light on. It turns out the lite was telling me there was a problem with the tire. even though the shop was closing in 15 minutes, Claritza was able to not only contact the insurance company and make sure it was covered but she made sure my tire was fixed so I didn't have to worry about driving out of there with a punctured tire. Estherlin got me out for an oil change in less than an hour Estherlin was sweet and helpful, listened to my concerns, and exceeded her promise / my expectations. I came in for an oil change during my lunch break and asked if it was going to take more than an hour, in which I was prepared to get back to work. It seemed busy at Millenium Honda with the waiting room crowded so I thought to prepare for the worst. She listened to my concerns and went ahead to speak with the staff to see if this was realistic or not. She then told me to wait as she would do her best to get me in and out within my break. She came to get me in 45 minutes and made it smoother than I would have imagined, I was shocked, impressed, and grateful. My car had a fresh wash and was looking brand new. The best case scenario came true thanks to her. Thank you Estherlin!! More
