The best there is! Estherlin was very courteous and professsional. She help me on Saturday, October 7th when I have to pick up my car. I return the loaner car and the ke Estherlin was very courteous and professsional. She help me on Saturday, October 7th when I have to pick up my car. I return the loaner car and the keys to them. I came on Friday to drop my car to fix my starter. I ask her if I could get the orginal part back and she did ask the person who fix my car and they still have it. I thank her for help so that I could get my refund from the mechanic who mess up my car. From now on no more mechanics, just go to Millienium Honda for everything. It's expensive but you know what it's worth it and you know why my 2013 honda accord is still running on 94,000. Thank you Estherlin and team for helping me. Also don't forget to mention Kevin as well. He help me out as well. More

We need more Paul's!! Let me start off by saying that Paul has made my experience feel really special! I usually don't write reviews but I feel the experience i have encou Let me start off by saying that Paul has made my experience feel really special! I usually don't write reviews but I feel the experience i have encountered should be known. I walked in Honda service center tired,exhausted and aggravated that I was even there in the first place , because i knew something was wrong with my car and it was probably going to cost me an arm and a leg(also i just worked a 10 hour shift and had to be home to take care of a one year old). When i walked in, Paul was the first one to greet me stated who he was and asked if I needed any assistant, with a smile.I explained to him what's going on with my vehicle and he try to diagnose and understand the problem I was having( wheels were unalign), My car was quickly tested and Paul was right about the alignment of my car. He than told me the cost and broke everything down for me. My body language and face started to change as he explained and he picked up on it, he than offered me an amazing discount and deals i couldnt pass up on. He gave me an estimated time of 2 hours that my car would be ready, he knew I had to go home and take care of my baby , so he made sure I got on a shuttle home quickly and He ensured me that my car was in good hands and handed me his card, which made me smile and feel comfortable. Two hours later I got the call from Paul that my car was ready to be picked up. Got there he handed me my keys with a smile , explained to me what was done and what would need to be done in the near future. He than shooked my hand and told me to contact him If i ever need anything in the future. Paul kept eye contact , was very warm, friendly, informative, positive, and professional . He made me feel as if i was the only customer in the world. We need more Paul's! If i ever need any type of service , I will definitely be contacting him. I highly recommend him. More
