While I was waiting for a service representative, Mr. Orlando greeted me with a smile and said, “I can help you.” Initially, I only planned to get an oil change. Ms. Brown was exceptional in the middle of a horrible service experience. She comported herself with grace and compassion when she was completely un supported by Millennium's new way of doing business. I service experience.
