Orlando is by far the BEST person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership for service. You should take note of what he does and train ALL of your service personal to do the same. I have dealt with many others at this car dealership and other car dealerships and it has been a disaster. With Orlando, he is transparent, truthful, and does what he says he is going to do. I have never dealt with anyone in the auto industry who has handled things this way. He should be running the entire service department. It is because of Orlando that I go back to Millennium Honda.
