Wonderful Experience I walked into the dealer and asked for a sales rep; Adeleke Osinuga came over with the biggest smile and asked what I was interested in. I explained I I walked into the dealer and asked for a sales rep; Adeleke Osinuga came over with the biggest smile and asked what I was interested in. I explained I needed an AWD vehicle that was small and that I currently had a TSX loaded and did not want to downgrade from the perks I currently had in my vehicle. He didn’t waste my time showing me anything BUT what I asked for. He told me some of the features the vehicle wouldn’t have that I currently have and the new features I would be getting. He then went out and valued my trade and I told him what I wanted for it and he said I will try and come close. In between the time my 3 y.o. wanted to color and what did Adeleke do? He ran with the same energy that he had introduced himself with and went and found coloring book and crayons for her and engaged her as if she was his own. He had other customers and things going on but I never felt unimportant or rushed. I also appreciated the fact that even though my husband was with me and the car was for me; he kept his attention and focus on me and not the “man” like the other dealers we had visited earlier try to do. His appearance was neat and professional which was also important to me, because it showed he took his job seriously. Once he was completely done with pricing and features and extras I wanted, he introduced me to Japinder Khatkar who was just as eager to help and professional in appearance as well. He told me when he would get back to me and told me he would get me the best possible rate, which he did. When I came to pick of the vehicle I didn’t waste time waiting, Japinder took care of me in a very timely manner and Adeleke was still as attentive as he was when I met him two days prior; so even though they knew I was taking the car I was still just as important and didn’t waste my time having me sitting around during an already long and exhausting process. Dealership was clean and music was fun and overall ambiance was great, I pray servicing the vehicle is just as smooth especially since Adeleke told me exactly who to ask for and contact him or Japinder if I have any issues with the service department in the future. OVERALL GREAT SERVICE and defiantly will do business with them again. More
