One Shady individual It was just such an exhausting experience keeping up with all of his lies and deceptions that I can barely bring myself to go into detail. The fact o It was just such an exhausting experience keeping up with all of his lies and deceptions that I can barely bring myself to go into detail. The fact of the matter is that while he claims to be more than aware of the entire process of the vehicles sale, he is not in anyway. I’ve never met a sales person that was more oblivious to what was going on with the car itself. Mats got lost, A wheel was scraped which he proceeded to try to cover it up by having the ram sent out to be repaired instead of replaced as it should have been. The repair work was not even up to Honda standard and the repair sticker was still on the wheel when I took the car home which is how I noticed it first. Later I did have the wheel repaired but I should never have had to. Oscar also seems to have I thousand things going on at once to the point where he can’t even keep track of one of them. I remember coming in one day and just being juggled around by anyone he could find to do his job for him and then he literally scolded me for not dealing with him and him alone when it was because of his lack of ability to handle his own responsibilities that caused me to be Dealing with so many people. I remember even when I showed interest in the car when unfortunately it was on the sales floor, which made me uncomfortable, he actually lied to me and told me that he locked up the car so nobody else could go away that when he suspected I might be interested. Little did he know I had me yet left the parking lot and I knew that he was lying and when I walked in of course the windows were open and the car was unlocked. The car wasn’t even professionally detailed when I received it. As a person who has done professional detailing I can say that this was a $10 car wash job. It took me over five hours, actually quite a bit more to actually make my car look at the way It should have looked when I picked it up. The only reason I took this car was because there were only two green ones in New York and the price was right, but my experience with the sales department and especially with Oscar who went MIA after he realize that I was on to him about the whole room cover u should have looked when I picked it up. The other thing about Oscar is that he seems to feel that everything he does that’s part of his job, and by his job I do mean the bare minimum, he wants some type of pat on the back. He never hesitated to remind me how much he did for me and actually Yelled at me for not acknowledging this On the phone. With the turnaround the app is dealership I imagine he won’t be there very long. One can only hope. More
