I made a 7 AM appointment and was told that with the recall and basic maintenance, I would be finished in about an hour. The drop off for the car took over a half hour and when I was finally checked in, recall and basic maintenance, I would be finished in about an hour. There was no transportation and I had to walk to miles to get to where I needed to be. When I picked up my car, the charges included some type of maintenance to the all wheel drive system that cost over $200 and there was really no explanation as to what was done And why. More
