I dropped my CR-V off on 7/24 for a service appointment on 7/25. It was not looked at until at least 7/29. Texts to Steven my service person went unanswered and promises not kept. The vehicle stunk of gas. I texted Steven the next day 8/8 to tell him of my concern. He responded that he would talk to management and get back to me. It is now 8/13/24 and Steven never responded !!
