I scheduled online for recall however either their part or tool wasn’t available. The nice woman explained if I scheduled with them they would have been able to tell me it couldn’t be done. I also was in the process of doing another deal with the dealership until all these things happen to me. I reached out to THAMAR, to let him know, I was in the process, helping him with another car sales and also would continue to do business with him, up until this last deal happened. I have never experienced with a Honda dealer the kind of car they would sell a customer with such horrible cosmetic damage. I repeated many times to both parties about the condition of the automobile, and if they have both checked it for me outside and inside.
