I’ve been dealing with this dealership for the past 10 years and the service that I’ve gotten from Worrel Wilson has just fantastic. The staff does not answer the phone when you are transferred to the service department by another department to rectify concerns/issues, they don't wash your car after you finish service, and it's n transferred to the service department by another department to rectify concerns/issues, they don't wash your car after you finish service, and it's not welcoming like previous years. Then they wonder why people schedule online appointments without speaking to an advisor or ensuring that the service can be completed the day of the appointment. More
