This was my second inspection. The first time (last year) I was told 2 hours and it took at least four. Yesterday I was also told 2 hours and it took 5. This was frustrating as it felt like I spent the whole day in the waiting room when I thought I'd be done by 11am at the latest, but what peeved me even more is that as I was waiting for another status, an employee made a disparaging comment about LGBT people to another employee. That is just not cool in this day and age, and honestly it made me feel like this place is just cruel and dysfunctional. The employee's name was Orlando. I was not dealing directly with him so it was not that person (although I apologize, I forgot his name and marked Orlando below). I felt like the person I was dealing with directly was probably doing his best to get my car done and there was something else going on that caused the delay, but the delay was just so long it became incredibly frustrating. Between those two (the delay and the comment about LGBT people), the whole process just left me fuming. This is my honest experience. More
