I shopped a lot of places, and as bad as the car shortage may be, this place was the worst of everywhere. The way the conduct business is awful. The customer service at this dealership is horrible. I left a deposit and when it was time for my refund I totally got the run around from the manager down to the salesperson. Service department is awful. Brought in car for a faulty adaptive cruise control problem and a flat tire. Five days later, they returned the car to me with the same problems.
