Thank you so much Tom K. ,Service Manager, for superior customer service. I came in for maintenance service last on Good Friday. I bought a brand new tire for my Honda CRV 201 ,Service Manager, for superior customer service. I came in for maintenance service last on Good Friday. I bought a brand new tire for my Honda CRV 2018 and also mentioned how my display screen was glitching for half an hour one day, so Tom recommended a factory radio reset. He also told me that everything may a take a few hours but he would try his best to speed up the process. YES!!! Tom K. worked a miracle and I was in and out way less than 2 hours. 😁 I would also like to thank Keysia, cashier, for being so patient and friendly.
