Jahcorie Noworthy helped me this morning. I left my 2017 Honda to be diagnosed and fixed. 4 days later after many attempts to reach the repair consultant (Tara) I finally learned that car hasn't been diagnosed yet. Apologies in advance for the very lengthy review, but trust me, it is absolutely worth the read. Jose was absolutely incredible! I cannot say enough about his professionalism, his calm, caring, infor trust me, it is absolutely worth the read. Jose was absolutely incredible! I cannot say enough about his professionalism, his calm, caring, informative and honest demeanor throughout this entire process. He answered all of my questions in full detail and was completely transparent throughout the entire process. From the start, Jose approached us asking if we were in need of assistance and provided answers to our initial questions, but never once hovered closely (unlike other salespeople I've experienced in the past). I test drove a vehicle with him which was a great car but not what I was looking for and instead of trying to convince me otherwise, he asked me questions regarding what I was looking for and made a recommendation based on my answers. He recommended that I test drive one of the Accord models they had, and he was right on the nose with his suggestion. I thoroughly enjoyed the test drive, and afterwards he explained in detail everything about the car inside and out. Once I decided this was the car for me, he proved to be not just a great salesperson, but a very genuine person in general. He patiently got us through the entire process without the typical games that dealers play in regard to price negotiation, deceptive and misleading lingo or anything of the sort. His part of the process (along with the rest of it) was quick, straightforward, informative and most of all, STRESS FREE all the way up to when he handed us off to the finance department which was also a very positive process thanks to Warrell Wilson ( https://www.dealerrater.com/sales/Warrell-Wilson-review-198694/ ) who was just as incredible with his role in Finance (will be writing a review on his excellent service next). I cannot say enough about how great Jose was throughout this all! If you are in the market for a new Honda, do yourself the favor and go directly to see him.
