Thank you for replying to my complaint. I am hoping to find a reasonable and affordable solution. Unfortunately, I have been unable to start our 2002 Odyssey. My once-dependable hammer-banging solution has not been working for that past few days. I was planning on bring the Van back to Millennium Honda to : 1) Have my right front bumper put back; 2) Track down the key that I paid for but never seen or taken possession of; 3) Get some help in resolving Ticket VTL 306-b . Number S 511718 Lic plate HTK 6998 for NO INSPECTION. BTW, how is it possible that you \could give me a receipt stating: "New York Safety Inspection Completed" and not replaced the sticker? I should have looked at it, true, I should noticed also my bumper bent out of shape too. I just got used to a minimal level of service, and not expecting so many missteps. The larger question as to what to do with this van still needs addressing. Is it really a lost cause without us spending an unreasonable amount of money. This is what I really need help with and would very much appreciate any solutions you can come up with. Respectfully, B.L.
