I was very disappointed that I was not told at the time of making my appointment that I should expect to be at the dealership all day and that I should only have a quarter tank of gas in my car for it to b of making my appointment that I should expect to be at the dealership all day and that I should only have a quarter tank of gas in my car for it to be serviced. If not for Service Rep Ms. Brown’s help, I would have left without servicing my car. She was courteous, professional, and very helpful. The other rep that I had spoken to previous was the opposite!
