I wanted a hybrid vehicle and made an appointment to meet with Juan who was readily available when I arrived at the designated time. Justin is the most unreliable salesperson . He is not qualified to be a sales person and his customer service suck . You don;t give consumer numbers and quotes without checking credit . This dealership has it all backwards . Justin was never there when he ask me to come and sign and pick up my vehicle . He gave me the incorrect Vin number which I provided to the insurance company . He together with his immediate Manager both needs more training . This dealership is a rip off and I will not recommend anyone to purchase or lease a vehicle here . After a careful review of my paper work a vehicle sales price hum from $37, 000 to almost 42,000 and at the and of the lease the residual value of the vehicle is almost $24000 with a 36 months rental of $16000 and cash to the dealership of $8000. This is a rip off so beware future buyers I say this because I was a mortgage broker for over 10 years. More

I’m purchased a 2019 Honda hrv. From this dealership. It was a bad choice the vehicle has serious problems staling on parkway while driving at 60 miles an hour we have a video recor From this dealership. But they do nothing to fix the issue my wife is so scared to drive it because it shuts down completely on heavy traffic. They have towed the vehicle and Still denied there’s something wrong. I’m reporting it to honda motors corp and getting an attorney involved because what they sold me was a lemon. We have drove the vehicle for only 5000 miles More
