Absolutely exceptional! I came into to the dealership with the expectation of leaving with brand new keys in my hands. Nicky did just that. Nicky stayed with me an hour afte I came into to the dealership with the expectation of leaving with brand new keys in my hands. Nicky did just that. Nicky stayed with me an hour after the office closed to help me. I had many prior accidents but she was able to get me the cheapest financing options available! I wasn’t rushed or didn’t receive an attitude at any point during the process. What really impressed me was her attention to detail; every single form I needed to sign was waiting for me on the desk and immediately reorganized, stapled, and placed in a folder for me have in less than 10 minutes. Every form that required a signature was explained in detail. She is definitely a subject matter expert and made me feel as if there was no issue presented, that would prevent me from signing for or leaving with the vehicle. Currently serving in the Armed Forces, I can say with unbiased and sound judgment that Nicky would have made an amazing Commander/Officer. Whenever an issue arouse with my insurance, banking information, driving record, or financing issue, she didn’t appear rattled or perturbed. Outside the general scope of the dealership’s policies, Nicky advised on the details of the fluidity and stability of the national automobile market. I learned a lot more from her about car purchases, leases and financing in 20 minutes than I have over 10 years! She handled every issue quickly and mitigated multiple issues by working with her coworkers and superiors. She is one of the most professional, well informed and friendliest dealers I have had the pleasure of working with. I wouldn’t have been surprised if she was introduced to me as the manager for multiple dealerships; she definitely acts the part and seems more than qualified enough to handle more than her current position as a Finance Manager grants her!
