The customer service at this dealership is horrible. I left a deposit and when it was time for my refund I totally got the run around from the manager down to the salesperson. My phone calls and emails went unanswered and when I was able to speak to the general manager I was assured that it would be taken care of and as of today nothing yet. Service department is awful. Brought in car for a faulty adaptive cruise control problem and a flat tire. Five days later, they returned the car to me with the same problems. In my experience, Millennium was very competitive on price and followed through on our oral agreement. This in spite of the fact that in this market they probably could sold the car for much in the 10 price and followed through on our oral agreement.
