WE TOOK OUR VEHICE(CHEVY GRAND SPORT CORVETTE)FOR OIL CHANGE AN I CONFIRMED THAT I WANTED A MULTI-POINT INSPECTION AN IF ANYTHING IS NEEDED TO BE DONE EXTRA TO THE CAR ,PLEASE LET ME KNOW. WHEN MY CAR WA CHANGE AN I CONFIRMED THAT I WANTED A MULTI-POINT INSPECTION AN IF ANYTHING IS NEEDED TO BE DONE EXTRA TO THE CAR ,PLEASE LET ME KNOW. WHEN MY CAR WAS READY I ASKED DOES CAR NEED ANY OTHER SERVICE AND WAS THE MULTI-POINT INSPECTION DONE AN WAS TOLD YES AN NO OTHER WORK IS NEEDED.A FEW DAYS LATER IT WAS TOLD TO ME BY MY UNCLE WHO WAS OBSERVING CAR THAT OUR FRONT TIRES WAS COMPLETELY NO LONGER GOOD AND NEEDED NEW ONES!!!BEING THAT IT WASN'T CHECKED ITS MAKES US WONDER IF A MULTI-POINT INSPECTION WAS DONE AT ALL. SPOKE TO SERVICE MGR HEDI IN REFERENCE TO THIS AND NON CARING AN NON-CHALANT SO MAYBE THIS IS A COMMON PRACTICE FOR THIS SERVICE DEPT IN NOT DOING A GOOD JOB.MY ADVICE IF YOU UTILIZE THIS SERVICE DEPT GET IT IN WRITING IF ANY AN EVERYTHING THAT WAS CHECKED ON YOUR VEHICLE WITH A MULTI-POINT INSPECTION!!
