Wonderful experience. Mike B was an amazing representative of Millennium Chevy. You brace yourself going into a car dealer. He listened & listened. Talk about accommodating. That was my experience. Don't forget last but not least the Financial Management team. Marty was our Financial Manager and was personable and patient, not too mention knows his job 😉. He helped make the process painless along with Mike B. More

The worst xxxxing dealership I ever had to deal with. Now what makes me detest this place is the service department that lady Heidi in charge that department is a moron and needs more people’s skills she’s a liar and I can’t believe they sell me a lemon 2021 my xxx and within 6 months had to replace a tire or fix the tire coming off the rim Did the brakes over twice and one more time pending and it’s just a lot. I purchased my 2017 Tahoe at Millenium exactly 1 year ago. I also purchased a 3yr/36k mi warranty. I really like the professionalism at Millenium thats why i travel all the way from Coney Island anytime ago. I also purchased a 3yr/36k mi warranty. I even drove to Hempstead for my oil change just because of my trust in your service department. Last Wednesday, July 21. The check engine light came on & turns out there was an error code regarding the transmission. I was told repairs needed to be made & the torque converter needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, that part is on back order & they have no idea when it will be available. Today is Thursday July 29, 8 days later & the part is still unavailable. I requested a loaner while i wait for the repair & i was told there's no loaners available for at least a month. Im just curious what is the protocol for loaners. How many loaners are allotted & is there any particular criteria? I was told i could rent a car & i would be reimbursed up to $57 a day just as long as i rent a GM vehilce. Unfortunately, renting isnt the best option for me since i have no idea how long before the repairs will be completed. This is becoming a real inconvenience for me.
