MY TIME MEANS NOTHING TO THEM My wife called this morning to make an appointment for an oil change. She was told to come in at 8:30. After driving for an hour and arriving with my wife, we were told morning to make an appointment for an oil change. She was told to come in at 8:30. After driving for an hour and arriving with my wife, we were told that the oil change would be in 3-4 hours. The 8:30 appointment was for a service advisor and not for the oil change! This dealership does not care about us or our time. So we drove another hour to go home. We wasted 2 hours and a quarter of a tank of gas for nothing. At 12:22 this afternoon, Taylor called my wife and asked why she was a "no show" for her appointment!!!! Can you believe that? A "no show". We were there. A no show for a service advisor appointment and then to wait 4 hours. Come on now! They don't care about us or our time. All they wanted was our vehicle so that they could charge us and make money. Milledgeville Jeep, put yourself in our shoes, was that right how we were treated? Would you have wanted to been treated that way? We wasted 2 hours and $20 in fuel for nothing. You just don't care. My husband and I have had the worst experience here. His recent review stated how long our vehicle was withheld along with poor communication. We were told our vehicle would be detailed and serviced. They already had to fix the “wiring” to the back latch of our vehicle. It doesn’t make sense because they would have used a multimeter to find out why it wasn’t working rather than sending it to various locations and using the excuse of ordering the “wrong part” and holding our vehicle for over three weeks. “$4,000 repair bill” .. okay. When we finally went to pick up our vehicle, it was NOT detailed. It was only half vacuumed. My husband asked for a receipt on what they serviced and never received the email. The Sales Manager himself lied to his face saying it was all done properly… here’s the best part. We took our vehicle to a mechanic. Didn’t take three weeks either. He got back to us after only a couple of hours and understood what proper communication is. He made it clear to us they touched absolutely nothing. Also, the vehicle needs some serious repairing which was never made known to us. Barely had this vehicle long enough to be encountering all of these issues. Y’all came out an had nerve to make excuses about having your issues at home and then wanted to apologize to me with “We have been doing our best” …. Y’all scam your customers. Even the Toyota Dealership called your lack of profession out in front of your own sales rep. More

Never have I ever had a worse experience than with this dealership. On 7/22/22, I sent an inquiry email about a pre-owned vehicle. Email was answered in a reasonable amount of time and by 9:30 am I was sch dealership. On 7/22/22, I sent an inquiry email about a pre-owned vehicle. Email was answered in a reasonable amount of time and by 9:30 am I was scheduled for a "VIP" test drive at 4 pm of the same day. Myself and my wife left work and drove near 2 hours. Arrived at 3:50 pm and was taken to my contact. Sales person was obviously deep into a private phone call and hastily cut it off and greeted us. Everything went down hill from there. Was made aware that he had absolutely no idea where the vehicle was at. After making no less than 5 phone calls he still couldn't locate the vehicle. Sales person blatantly dropped the f- bomb along with several other 4 letter words. And then tried to up sale me to a different vehicle that I was not interested in. My wife and I calmly stood up and left. With not a single word said to try keep us there. That interaction was the face of 5 star. I will NEVER return to any of their dealerships! More
They went above and beyond in helping me purchase my vehicle. I've now had the pleasure of purchasing brand new 2021 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack and can comfortably say they've done a very good job each vehicle.
