The service department gives at best, poor communication. After almost 4 months of haggling with a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty, we lost. Then they offered money to put in a new engine so we could use After almost 4 months of haggling with a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty, we lost. Then they offered money to put in a new engine so we could use it around town. Took our buyout check from Chrysler to get the new engine and had to bring it back twice in the first week. IT NEVER worked and no one from that dealership called...we lost out on the money we gave them to fix it. Get a second opinion first. More
