He was also not pushy or "salesy" in the least. He quickly helped out with a post delivery issue we had with Nissan Connect configuration. Hope he's still there in three years when our lease is up! Very Pleasant Experience - Best Dealership Ever!! The finance manager, Jim, explained the financing options and additional coverage very clearly, and made us feel like we were chatting with a good friend! And he couldn't have been more professional while also being fun to speak with. The entire team at Milford Nissan was equally courteous, and they worked with me fairly and never with any pressure. It was a delight to work with a team who obviously operated with a sense of cultivating a future community rather than making today's sale at any cost. I grew up with salesmen: both my grandfather and father sold cars. And I have individually purchased at five different dealerships over the years. Guy and Milford Nissan stand heads and shoulders above them all, and despite the fact that their shop is 75 minutes away from my town, I won't hesitate to return there for all maintenance and future transactions. More
It couldn't get any easier! Like most people I hate to car shop it's always a little intimidating (ie. will I get a good price, will they get me what I want). I went to Nissan in Milford Massachusetts and had the best experience ever! Not only was I assisted with kindness and professionalism but I was treated with respect. I know this might sound funny but, as a woman going into a car dealership I half expected to be look down upon as someone not as knowledgeable as the next guy. I could not have been more mistaken. The two salesmen that assisted me Jim Pronko and Bill Shaw were easy to work with and educated on the products they represented. I will definitely be going back. More
Great experience at Milford Nissan I have never owned a Nissan before, my car of choice was always Toyota. But I wasn't impressed with the quality of the new Toyota models and started l I have never owned a Nissan before, my car of choice was always Toyota. But I wasn't impressed with the quality of the new Toyota models and started looking at different Brands. The minute I walked in the door at Milford Nissan I was impressed with the team. I was greeted warmly but not pounced on by the sales people. It just so happened the car that I reviewed on line, a 2016 Rogue was in the showroom. I met my sales rep, Jim Farrell while I was looking at my dream car. He was so informative and was able to answer every one of my questions. We took a similar vehicle for a test drive and I knew the Rogue would be my next new car. After we returned to the dealership Jim showed me all the features of the showroom car and I was more and more impressed with Jim's knowledge and with the quality of the Rogue. I returned on Black Friday prepared with the "numbers" I expected to pay for my new car and what I wanted to receive for my trade in. I was pleasantly surprised that we came to a great agreement and 1 hour later I drove out of the parking lot in my new Rogue. The team at Milford Nissan is wonderful, very respectful, fun, informed and very helpful. Jim in particular went out of his way to get me a great deal and followed up on every detail ensuring I was happy. I brought my Rogue back to have a remote starter installed and the Service department was just as impressive as the sales team. I was given a loaner car for the night, when I returned the following day my car had been washed, detailed on the inside and the starter was installed. Jim, my sales rep showed me all the features of the remote starter and made sure that I was totally satisfied with the service I received. I have never been treated so nicely at a car dealership before. I don't think I'll need to buy a new car for a long time based on the quality of my Rogue but if/when I do, I will definitely be going to Milford Nissan. Thank you Jim Farrell, job well done! More

Excellent experience overall I recently purchased a CPO Nissan Pathfinder from Milford Nissan. Overall, the sales experience was excellent. I had done my research, knew that I I recently purchased a CPO Nissan Pathfinder from Milford Nissan. Overall, the sales experience was excellent. I had done my research, knew that I wanted a low mileage CPO Pathfinder and made a reasonable offer via the internet on one in their inventory. I initially dealt with the Sales Manager, Michael Wisnes, who responded promptly to all my inquiries and offer and I agreed to come into take a test drive. After arriving at the dealership for the test drive, Michael greeted me and then sales associate, Guy Bedau, took over the process. Guy was excellent to deal with and accompanied me on a test drive and thoroughly explained every feature of the vehicle, He was very knowledgeable, informative, and easy to talk to. My experience with the Finance Manager, Jim Wood, was similar. I told Jim straight out that I wasn't purchasing the extended warranty wrap and he didn't try to oversell it, just explained the differences and moved on. No pressure tactics at this dealership which is refreshing. My only minor negative from the entire experience is that I felt the vehicle could have been better detailed prior to delivery. While the vehicle was clean, a better vacuuming and some cleaning of the trims on doors and other interior would have left a better impression on me regarding that aspect of the experience. Overall though, an excellent experience, and I would buy from Milford Nissan again. More

I did extensive research leading up to my recent purchase of a Nissan Leaf which included visiting and talking to many dealers both in Massachusetts a I did extensive research leading up to my recent purchase of a Nissan Leaf which included visiting and talking to many dealers both in Massachusetts and neighboring states. The best person to buy a Leaf from turned out to be Guy. Compared to other Leaf salespeople I encountered, he's much, much more knowledgable. No one else was even close to his level of expertise and not all them were willing to admit what they didn't know, instead preferring to make things up. Some of them were also quite pushy, trying to get me to buy something as fast as possible. Guy was willing to spend a lot of time finding out what I wanted and was admirably tolerant of my changing my mind a lot. In general, I found him to be a really smart, highly educated, decent fellow and excellent communicator, the kind of person you'd be glad to know whether you're buying a car or not. I'm enthusiastic about the Leaf I bought and I'm going to try to persuade others they should see if it's right for them too. If they agree, I'll tell them what I'm telling you: start with Guy. More
