Three words: Clay. Is. Awesome. I came to Milford one evening because cars.com showed me that they had just the car I was looking for to replace my old yellow jeep Cherokee. I needed a tow vehicle with a greater towing capacity, and they had a 2005 Xterra -- that was YELLOW! These suvs are popular, I know. So I contacted them to find out how late they were open. Chrissie with internet sales was so nice! She gave me their hours and their location, and assured me they would be there by the time I got to them (I live over an hour away and Boston-bound traffic can be unpredictable). I rushed out there and was directed to Clay, who was SO MUCH FUN to work with. He let me drive the Xterra on highway and town driving, and filled me in on the car's history and everything that had been done to it. Back at the dealership he showed me the car fax report, and I was pretty much sold. Over the next two days we clarified a few things -- he provided a list of prior work done at the dealership which was more extensive than he initially told me, and Murdoch from service came out to talk to me about the work that had been done and determined that it did have the sort of towing package I needed. We identified a couple of problems that they hadn't caught in the service department (passenger back door wouldn't open -- was stuck in child lock mode), key would not go into hatch lock -- but overall it was a sweet car with only a few minor paint and interior dings that reflect the car's age but do not detract from its performance. And we negotiated a price that I feel good about and i hope he did too. As we shook hands on the deal and I prepared to leave, I heard his colleague say to Clay, "good job. You made her very happy." Clay DID make me very happy. I love my new-to-me Xterra and I was happy with the service I got from Clay. I was nervous about everything because it was my first time to buy a car from a dealer. Clay made everything easy, and four days after I first set eyes on the Xterra I drove it home -- all mine! More
If you don't try here you've made a mistake. I am recommending this dealership to everyone that I know is looking for a car. More

Great experience purchasing a new truck I was looking for a new truck online and I knew I wanted a specific version and configuration of Nissan Frontier. Nissanusa.com listed one in stock at Milford Nissan. It was on the lot and I was taking a look at it when Guy walked up and started talking to me about the truck. He was very knowledgable about the truck as well as the car that I was thinking about trading in (non-Nissan). With Guy's help and guidance through the process, I was able to drive away with the truck and it was an overall good experience. More

I live in Worcester and although there are several dealerships closer to home, it has been worth going the extra distance to receive such amazing service. Jim Wood from the finance department worked very hard to get me the best rate and a monthly payment I can afford. I will recommend these 2 gentlemen to anyone purchasing a vehicle and I'm so happy with my brand new Rogue. Thank you Milford Nissan 😊 More
Stress Free Purchase I called on a 2013 Chevy they took in trade, it did have a deposit on it but Jan Janiak the Sales Consultant took my name and said he would call if it I called on a 2013 Chevy they took in trade, it did have a deposit on it but Jan Janiak the Sales Consultant took my name and said he would call if it became available. Jan called me the next day to tell me the person that had been interested had some issues getting financing and the truck was again available. I looked at it on Dec 27, left a deposit and picked it up today; the 28th. In that short time, Jan had the vehicle detailed, handled the registration, financing, got a sticker for it and put fuel in it. Overall a very positive experience and would recommend Jan if you are interested in a new Nissan or maybe any of the other brand cars they have from trade ins. He is very professional and I did not feel like I was being "sold" a car during the process. Jan came in on his day off to make sure the plates were in and called me to tell me I could pick it up a day early if i wanted to which I did. Hard to find a good car Sales person these days but Jan is a solid guy and I was very happy with the experience. I worked with the Finance Manager; Steve Marshall. I had actually bought a truck through another dealer in 1995 and Steve was the Finance guy at that dealer and it was a good experience as it was with the purchase at Milford Nissan. He did offer me the extended warranty and some other warranty packages which I declined, no hard sell, he just said ok and we moved on to the remainder of the paperwork. Good group of folks at the dealer, easy to recommend them if you are in the market. More

The test drive went excellently- there were no perceptible problems. To be safe, my wife and I still wanted to get the car inspected and Milford Nissan was only about 15 mins away from the car lot where we were planning to purchase from. From the first phone contact Eric was friendly and helpful and later in person as well. Ultimately, the mechanics found a number of red flag items that showed that this SUV was not a good purchase choice even though it looked like a good deal. They found physical problems underneath (struts, oil pan, brakes, etc) that I could not see from walking around the car and did not feel during the test drive. And more importantly, their scanner picked up a number of codes showing various other problems the car had including an impending transmission failure which would cost thousands to repair. In fact, they stopped the inspection after finding the serious issues to save me the expense of the full inspection when the car was already determined to be a bad purchase and charged me for only the portion they completed. We are thankful that Milford NIssan saved us from purchasing this questionable used car. More
