When it was time for me to buy my new Nissan Frontier I did extensive research on both the vehicle and the right dealership. I also experienced that with the Sales Management team as well. I visisted the dealership 4 times and had 2 test drives before buying. Never did I feel any pressure from her to buy. I was also very impressed with Monica's general knowledge of the vehicle. When it was time to buy, the negotiation was surprisingly painless. I researched other dealerships to ensure I was getting the best price possible. Milford Nissan then sealed the deal by offering additional incentives for me to buy my 2012 Frontier SL. Again, never did I feel pressure, and it was always apparent that they were working on my time table, not theirs. I was most surprised when it was time to meet with the Finance guy...was expecting a battle with him as to why I didn't want the extended warranty. I was prepped and ready to explain my decision but this conversation never happened. He just confirmed with me that I didn't want this and moved on. The entire finance process (now fully automated) took about 20 minutes and I was done! I purposely waited a month or so before writing this review just to see how the post-sale experience was with Milford Nissan. Their service is outstanding! Extremely polite and they checked in with me to make sure everything was great with the truck. I can't be happier with the truck, or the overall experience with the dealership. We went in to look at a 2009 Rogue we saw online. Brian greeted us within minutes and got the keys immediately so we could test drive it. He was friendly, patient and not pushy at all.
