After visiting many new and used car dealerships, my car buying experience had been exhausting and aggravating. I stopped by Milford Nissan to just take a look at their Certified Pre-Owned cars. My intention was to just look, but I ended up leaving happily after purchasing a vehicle! Per my research, their pre-owned inventory was priced very fairly. Most importantly, my sales representative Brian Rogers was outstanding. He was straight with me at all times, provided me with all of the information I needed, and did everything possible to make me happy. My situation for purchase was unique and he did not try to coax me into a higher down payment, or a more expensive car. He read me loud and clear. He even worked with the dealership and pulled some strings to make me happy. He brings a great attitude to work and made my car buying experience quite fun. Sales Manager John McCarthy checked in during all key times to make sure everything was okay and also made sure I was satisfied - but without pressuring me or stepping in over (or for) Brian. They worked as a team. Lastly, Jim Wood the finance manager was outstanding as well. He was able to help me get an outstanding interest rate and warranty. What sets this dealership apart from all others I have visited is that the staff seems happy to work as a team, versus separate departments of different rank that try to step in over each other.
