Wayne pulled the vehicle up for us, walked us through the MULTIPLE bells and whistles on the SL Platinum package and we were off on a test drive. He made the process very smooth. We were convinced this is the one we wanted, signed the paperwork and we were done is 2 hours! The insurance and registration were done on Monday and Wayne even came to my work, picked up the car to get it inspected and brought it to bodyshop to make them aware of a small chip in the paint on the rear gate.
