Bill was thorough and knowledgeable during the entire process of securing the particular model I wanted and all the way through to the delivery day when he demonstrated all the features of my Rogue in complete detail. Bill was simply there for me every step of the way. Bob Baillargeon, General Sales Manager, was helpful and active in the search for my vehicle. Just as in my first experience, his friendly, easy going manner made me feel comfortable. Todd Rivernider, also a General Sales Manager, was instrumental in the computer search for my vehicle, keeping me up to date. Jim Wood, Finance Manager, explained and guided me through all of the financial options to tailor the exact payment plan for me to balance my budget. His friendly personality and expertise made this sometimes trying aspect of the experience a snap. I went in with the intentions of just looking and pricing out a new Juke. I wanted a white SL. The only one they had on the lot was a new 2013 midnight edition and as it was a nice looking car and I really l out a new Juke. I wanted a white SL. Working with Bill Gray and Todd Rivernider when I arrived was enjoyable and helpful. I can't say how far above and beyond they went to secure a car that I wanted. The two of them showed me respect and lots of patience while we came to agreeable terms. Jim Wood finished the process with the finances. He was informative and not pushy. I was a current Nissan customer. I was financing a 2011 Rogue (which I loved!!) but wanted to test drive the new Nissan Rogue, so I made an appointment at Nissan Milford. The new Rogue is awesome, and I decided to trade in my 2011 for a 2014 lease. I was very happy with the experience, and Bill was so easy to work with.
