Respectful and knowledgeable Two years ago we visited Milford Nissan to test drive a new Leaf. We left that day so impressed I held onto his business card and two years later we again drove the 60 miles to meet with him, even though there is a Nissan dealer 1 mile from our home. Once again Guy spent all the time we needed, answering our questions and trying his best to meet our financial needs without ever seeming to push the car on us. He informed me of the great programs now that Nissan offers and made me think this is the right time and take advantage of the deal. So, since they took care of me first time, I like them a lot. So, I leased another Nissan Altima 2015. Thanks to Guy for being so knowledgble about the car and listened to my needs. We certainly enjoying the car and what a great job they did. Also, Guy went out of his way and drove the car to my house. This is really a great service and a nice friendship we have built. I highly recommend them and they all are nice people and no sales presure. Todd, Jim and Val also helped through the process and purchasing the car. They were determined to get the us the right car for us and at the right price - often offering information and advice against their own interest in terms of short-term gain, demonstrating a belief that a customer for life was far more profitable. They bent over backwards providing multiple test drives, and a variety of financing options. The delivered the vehicle in record time, from car, insurance, plates, inspection and made it all painless and fun. They are people that you would just like to hang out with, and my wife loved the snacks! More
