Lied lied lied lied lied poor service. I took my truck in for a 4 wheel drive issue with going back to 2wheel drive on its on; its still under warranty I was told nothing is wrong because I took my truck in for a 4 wheel drive issue with going back to 2wheel drive on its on; its still under warranty I was told nothing is wrong because they wasn't able to replicate the issue. I took the truck home the happened again twice. I paid 189.00 diagnostic fee, which I was told it would be waived if they did the job another lie. Since my car is still having the same issue its another 189.00 diagnostic fee. I will not be returning. I am out of over 200.00 dollars and not one thing on my truck is fixed. More
Brought my wrangler in for service. Had three issues, they fixed them and completed the work as promised. Bit pricey like everyone now a days. But satisfied Had three issues, they fixed them and completed the work as promised. Bit pricey like everyone now a days. But satisfied More

I’ve been a customer of the dealership since 1999. My request for an appointment with one day’s notice was appreciated. Good customer service. Reasonable wait time. My request for an appointment with one day’s notice was appreciated. Good customer service. Reasonable wait time. More
Horrible service/ worse sales department / new staff is horrible/ wanted to ask about trading my car but no one asked me for help they just walked by me like I was invisible. Took 5 weeks for an appointmen horrible/ wanted to ask about trading my car but no one asked me for help they just walked by me like I was invisible. Took 5 weeks for an appointment for an oil change, then another issue came up with my car needed brakes I was only able to do the front brakes due to their price increase, paid $900 for my front brakes and an oil change. Also have an issue with my engine but they couldn’t diagnose it without taking my engine apart and forcing me to pay between $1000-$3000 for the repair without knowing what was wrong. Will never go their again I’ve only brought my car to them in the past but because of the staff change and increase in pricing and decrease in their brand knowledge I will have to find another dodge dealer for my repair and for my new car purchase. Was told car needed to be taken apart to find out why it overheated and was told a new gasket would be $2500, oo a new cylinder head for $6500 or new engine for $11,000. We thought about it, understandably overheated and was told a new gasket would be $2500, oo a new cylinder head for $6500 or new engine for $11,000. We thought about it, understandably took a bit of time to decide since it was pretty expensive options and called back to say replace the gasket. Was told by Liberty that the ticket was closed and car was put back together since we took too long to decide. I asked if the car was drivable, Liberty said no, so used AAA to tow it back to our house. Once at our house the tow truck driver (extremely nice guy btw) showed us that all the oil and transmission fluid leaker out of the car; low and behold, car was NOT put back together - EVERY PART THEY TOOK OUT WAS MISSING. Terrible, will not ever do business with this dealer again. More
