Buyer’s Beware!!!!If I could give this dealership a -0, Buyer’s Beware!!!! If I could give this dealership a -0, I certainly would!!! In a nutshell, I was given the wrong vehicle. We gave Jose, the sal Buyer’s Beware!!!! If I could give this dealership a -0, I certainly would!!! In a nutshell, I was given the wrong vehicle. We gave Jose, the salesman, the VIN number and specs for the truck I wanted and he said he would find us one. I stated I wanted the vehicle with the ability to lock it into 4x4 with Manual controls. When he called and said he located one at a different dealer, we came in, signed off, and drove away. It was not until arrived home that I noticed all the computer assist, all wheel drive business that I specifically stated I did NOT want. I called Jose and told him we had the wrong vehicle, and he said, “Oh yeah that’s the Limited, I couldn’t get that one!” THEN WHY SELL ME IT??? Had he mentioned this prior to signing, I would have told him we were in no rush and could wait for the right truck to be located. I know it sounds silly, but I simply do not trust all this computer controlled stuff when I’m behind the wheel with by 12-year old daughter in the backseat. I wanted a new vehicle to feel safe, and to put it frankly, I do not, which is why it has been sitting in my driveway since that first day, with only the 10 miles put on from that initial drive home. I would’ve gladly put on an additional 10 miles to return it to you in exchange for the vehicle that was agreed upon, and frankly, I am not quite sure why that was not offered by you. You have offered me absolutely nothing for that matter & I’m stuck with a payment for a vehicle I don’t want! My father has run a successful independent tire business for over 40 years, based on the customer always being right, and in this case, not only am I right, I’ve been wronged. Sure, I could have gone out and did a second test drive/inspection before signing, but I trusted Jose and had no reason to suspect that he was selling me a different car than I what I had ordered, as it looks exactly the same from the outside. Is that the image you want for your business? Rotten on the inside? As that’s how I’ve been feeling. I’ve been beating myself up over this for the weeks, and your lack of communication to offer a resolution makes me think you don’t care. I buy a new car every ten years or so, so losing my business is not going to hurt yours, but just thought I’d let you know how I feel. I truly thought I found the one honest dealership in the state, but I guess I need to keep looking... More
