I wasn't going to review but then you sent me a 2nd text after I had replied STOP. I was told your dealership doesn't accept coupons after dropping at the lock box. If you don't honor or accept coupons can you explain why your very own website offers the exact same coupons as I presented? That coupled with Carl trying to tell me that my wipers were worn out and the source of their skipping when those wipers were replaced mid Aug 22 while on vacation makes me feel devalued as a customer. I felt as if you were trying to take advantage of me and add up un-neccesary fees. It also makes me wonder if all the other little checks offered with oil change were even performed... not sure if I will go back even though this location is less than 3 miles from where I live. Right now lack of confidence is over riding proximity. More

First off went for a scheduled appointment oil change and tire rotation told me approximately one hour wait, the process took an hour 45 minutes went to the dealer because they have taken my coupons from the tire rotation told me approximately one hour wait, the process took an hour 45 minutes went to the dealer because they have taken my coupons from the RAM app previously basically the whole reason why I came to the dealer it would’ve save me $25 while I was waiting I took a walk into the show room was browsing around. They were probably for sales people not one of them greeted me said hello or asked if I needed help looking for anything. And that was one of the reasons when I got my vehicle new I didn’t use the dealership. They basically said they couldn’t help me get anything funny how did another dealership I went to got me in a brand new truck I will say the service department was very friendly and polite More
