He went over all that the service would entail in detail. I decided to wait at the dealership for the work to be done. He pointed me to a secondary lounge, away from the television, where I could set up my laptop and get some work done. Eric gave me a detailed report of the service work as they were finishing up, and an honest assessment of what needed to be done sooner than later. No hard sell, just information. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
