I have given the ratings because the staff is very friendly and explain up front the work that will be done and the cost. The do not recommend work that does not need to be done. Eric and the Service Team @ Mile High is outstanding! My previous Honda had over 150,000 miles on it when I sold it and it treated me as well as Mile High. I was never left on the side of the road! With only the necessary maintenance suggested by the Service Department @ Mile High my Honda's are reliable and trusted just like the Service Department at Mile High. Previously, when I had a different make of car, I always felt like I couldn't take my car in to any of their dealerships for an oil change without them recommending some service or another. When I bought my Honda Accord, I started taking my car to Mile High because it was a couple of blocks from my work, which made it very convenient. I have never felt like service was being recommended needlessly. The Mile High staff is always friendly and professional. Eric Pruter, especially makes my experience with Mile High Service a good one. He always knows who I am, even when I am not working with him on a given day. He is very good about explaining what was done to my car, and what needs to be done and when. And I must say, the cost of maintaining my Accord was much more affordable than my previous car. Because of that, I purchased another Honda, a Civic. Because of my trust of Mile High's Service department, I bought that Civic from Mile High. Even now, although I quit my job in Aurora to work closer to home in Thornton, I continue to take my Civic to Mile High for all of its routine maintenance service. There is a Honda dealership much closer to home, but unless they give me reason otherwise, I will not trust my car to any other dealership. Thanks, More

Since we purchased our Honda in November of 2005 at Mile High we have always used the service department there. We can safely leave our Honda at night for service the next day, which when both of us work, High we have always used the service department there. Eric always contacts us if issues we did not know about arise during the inspections. We like Mile High and our Honda Odssey so much we recommended it to our daughter and husband and they purchased the same vehicle (a different color, of course). They, too, use the service department at Mile High. The hours are convenient, the people are friendly and know the vehicle. We will be moving to Frisco, Texas in the fall and will look for the closest Honda dealership for our service needs. We have use dealerships in Mizzoula, Montana as well as Las Vegas, Nevada and have always received outstanding and timely service. More
