Car was delivered for a return service "free" oil change. A distinct problem with shifting was described to Eric. He thought it could be motor mounts. Motor mounts were replaced, but the problem, though improved, was not resolved. Eric "personally" took car for test drive and determined the transmission was faulty. Despite being almost 10 years old and we were not the original owner, Eric pursued Honda district representative for assistance in repair costs. Not only did Honda cover 1/2 the cost of a re-manufactured transmission, but Mile High removed the labor charges for the installed motor mounts "because that repair did not entirely resolve the problem." After all this service, we were still provided with a complimentary car wash at a nearby service station because Honda's wash rack was out of service. Upon departure, a problem with the rear view mirror retainer spring was called to Eric's attention whereupon he immediately arranged for a mechanic to come and install a replacement retainer spring so that the mirror was returned to proper stability. This is service above and beyond the call of duty. Eric always remembers my name when I call for any minor service and is quick to refer to the repair history so that unnecessary repairs are not duplicated. More
I've been a customer for nearly 20 years. Each time I've worked with Eric, he has been friendly and professional. He is always willing to give me the email discount (10%) when I ask. In addition, Eric clearly explains any issue the mechanic finds with my car and he never pressures me to repair something immediately, unless it is an urgent matter. He follows through on his promises. My car is always ready when he says it will be and he calls if there are additional concerns not discussed in the quote. In my most recent visit, I explained to Eric that last summer, Mile High Honda recommended an oil gasket repair. I showed him a current quote I was given from a competing service shop and compared it to Mile High Honda's quote. Eric matched the price without any difficulties. In this economy, every dollar counts and I appreciate that he was willing to work with me. Customer Service is a challenging occupation that everyone should do once in their life. Eric Pruter is a natural at his job and Mile High Honda benefits from his friendly demeanor and professionalism. More
I have had 4 diffrent Honda made cars. I bought 2 from Rough Schomp new. The other two cars I bought used off of Craig's list. I used to have my cars serviced at R.S. and then we move our business to the Rough Schomp new. The other two cars I bought used off of Craig's list. I live in Arvada Colorado, 25 miles from the dealership. I pass by 3 or four different dealers just to do business with Eric. My wife and I both have him on our speed dile and ask him questions monthly. I will always recomend Eric and Mile High Honda to everyone I know!! Check my service records if you don' believe me. I have owned a Honda Civic since January of 2003. Therefore, I have gotten to know Eric Pruter quite well as I deal with him in the Service Department. I appreciate his expertise in the field of customer service and Honda service. I am a woman that knows little to nothing about car maintenance or service. Eric always guides my decisions and needs honestly. I trust him totally. My car is always returned to me clean and neat after service just as it was when I left it to be worked on. The Service Department stays on schedule and my car is generally ready when promised. The mechanics have good knowledge of the workings of a Honda and I am pleased with the work they do. Today when I dropped my car off for the 100,00 mile check Mile High provided me with a rental car!! Yahoo. That was a life saver. I really, really, really appreciate this extra help. Eric Pruter is honest, trustworthy, respectful, and appreciative of me and my business. I always feel welcome and cared about when I go in for routine maintenance on my car. The Mile High service prices seem to be in line with general pricing from dealership to dealership. If I have any coupons or discounts available to my bill, Eric always applies them. I am quite pleased with Mile High Honda and I am sure I will buy another Honda as long as Eric is working there. I suppose, I will be in the market for a new car before too long also. Price to switch out snow tires with all-seasons was $64, Peerless charged me $36 for my 2003 Pilot. Overall service was very good. Eric is always responsive and helpful. Fair prices and excellent customer relations through Eric Pruter. The service sector, in my opinion, seems to be more efficient and customer oriented than the sales sector.
